I just had Patrick at Fresh Flamingo cater my brother's memorial service and I couldn't be more pleased. Even though we had lots of food left over it was worth every penny. He arrived promptly to start setting out food (with little signs what it was which does look classy) as well as making sure the buffet was continuously stocked and the beverages as well. This was my first time hosting a catered event and I am grateful I chose him. There's a reason for all the 5 star reviews. I highly recommend him and his company.

I ordered the steak and sweet potato bowl and wow—totally impressed. The ground meat was super flavorful, and the roasted sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of caramelization. Loved the kale for that fresh crunch, and the pickled onions added a nice tangy kick.
The yellow squash was a surprise favorite—light and tasty—and the little sauce container in the middle brought everything together. Bonus points for the edible flower on top. It’s the kind of detail that makes the whole thing feel special.
