Delicious high end Indian fusion cuisine. The black lentils in makhani sauce had an amazing depth of flavor. Tofu Dynamite, a croquette covered with kadaifi and served with a roasted red pepper sauce was creative and delicious. The watermelon and beet salad had non stop flavor with an bery interesting variety of ingredients.
Server was friendly and attentive and obviously passionate about these amazing culinary creations she was serving. We will be back!!!

What a special evening we had at Ganges! Celebrating my birthday and the staff made me feel like a queen. They were so attentive and genuine in their hospitality! The restaurant is beautiful, peaceful and spotless. The food is fresh and so flavorful. Honestly you can taste the care they put into preparing each plate. We will be back! Thank you all 🙏

My new favorite Indian restaurant in Sarasota. Cheerful welcomes as you enter. Bar had a nice crowd when we arrived at 5. Dining room was comfortable with pleasant background music.
Varied menu with some dishes reimagined and presented in a creative way. The food hasn't been Americanized so nothing we had was too bland or too sweet. Cauliflower and black lentils were outstanding.
Everything we had was delicious. Service was attentive. We'll be back and bring friends and family.

Highly recommend if you enjoy Indian food.
Pricing is commensurate with the quality of the food and dining experience.

Oh my goodness, Sarasota has finally stepped up its game with this phenomenal restaurant. Not only was the food absolutely incredible, the service and the presentation was top notch. Prashanth was our server and he also gave us top notch service. even the other staff members came to talk with us and see if we needed anything. We will be back. Run don't walk to try this delicious place

A friend and I went last night for dinner. Being British, and having an Indian Auntie, I had high hopes! Oh My Goodness, high hopes BLOWN out of the water!
You walk into a cute, tastefully decorated space, with a large yet cozy bar and then into the restaurant. Greeted and seated immediately, we did have 6pm reservations.
Our server Angelica (sp?) Was attentive while also giving us space. Her descriptions and advice on drinks and food were spot on.

We shared the pompadoms with three chutneys, and the small plate cauliflower, the spices with the yogurt were marvelous, and hit all the eight taste buds. We kept the plate to dip out Nam bread in.. Mt friend had the lamb korma curry while I had the signature lamb dish.
Both dishes presentation, smell and taste exceeded our expectations. My friend ate hers all up, I had enough to take home for this weekend, and I'm not sharing...
If you are looking for a beautiful evening out with exceptional food and drinks, this is the place.

Very impressive take on Indian food. It tastes authentic, yet extremely creative takes on Indian classic dishes. Presentation is 5/5. Would definitely come back for the food.

My only feedback is that there are AI photos of the same woman around the whole restaurant and the restaurant needs a modern redesign to match its food. Didn’t bother us, but would be nice and could imagine this restaurant being very nice.

Great job, and I hope this place becomes more popular as it is in a little bit more secluded area

They did not live up to descriptions. Bare concrete floor, noisy chairs, and tables that were heavy and hard to move. Service was just bringing it out as soon as they got it no matter what was on the table They did not
clear the table of used plates. Their butter chicken was terrible the chicken, cold and toughest as nails.

Our first time at Ganges and it was amazing. We did not have a reservation but we were seated promptly. The service was superb. Staff were attentive and helpful. My wife and I shared the butter chicken pizza as an appetizer. It was delicious. We took some home as it was quite plentiful. Our main course was delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back.

SPECTACULAR — creative take on popular Indian dishes with stunning presentation! Loved all the unique fusion concepts we saw on the menu, and I thought it was really smart and unusual (in the best way) to pair butter chicken with burrata. Dessert was also beautifully plated and a total hit!
