In all fairness, I am not a fan of sports bars. TV's everywhere. You find yourself watching golf even though its not your thing, instead of listening to the conversations going on at your table. My dad likes the place so we went. He has a favorite waitress who has been there for years. She was a delight. Patient. Remembered my 89 year old dad and his wife. She was invisible but always there doing her job. She got chatty when she said goodbye which was very sweet....
New-to-us restaurant and we're glad we gave it a try. It's down the road from our favorite coffee bar so why not! 😉 After our appetizer selection of hummus and crunchy veggies, my husband ordered the Gecko pasta with shrimp. He ordered the half plate and said it was good and just the right amount of food. I ordered the Super Salad with salmon and grilled chicken (extra protein!!). No wild and crazy selections for us and that was ok because basic isn't always...
The best Geckos in town, hands down! Best food, servers, management and drinks! Sam, Rena, Jacob, Cliff and Nicole are the absolute best! Great place to watch sports! Check out their game day menu! 10/10 recommend their Buffalo Mac Mac and cheese bowl!
