Gecko’s Grill & Pub

While not a fine dining restaurant by any means, you could not tell by the level of service. The person that seated us, server, food runner, and manager were all very attentive and checked on us regularly. Like they seemed genuinely happy to help and make sure we were enjoying everything. Top notch service!
Food was really good and as a person with pretty specific dietary requirements I find the menu very allergen friendly. Just a great spot.

Made a wrong stop here from Naples Fl. 1st the beer is over priced $5.50 for an ultra bottle and $15.50 for a Knobs Creek? Got food to go no utensils and the 1/2 salad no dressing, with the Cuban all bread, It wasn’t even full restaurant. 1st impression is everything! Never again! You locals can keep it 😅😂 I will stick to my local Naples Fl sports bar. Knobs Creek $8.50 bottle beer $4.50, $3.50 Happy Hour. You ripping off your locals 🫡

Not sure what is going on. I’m in the business so I know. It took almost 5 min for anyone to contact a party of 8 after walking in the door and sitting in the waiting area. We were seated and promptly ordered drinks and appetizers. After over an hour from ordering still no appetizers!! Chips and fries!! An hour!! Really! Had to almost takle food runners for refills. Not sure if waitres is at fault or a staffing issue. I get that it is the first week of NFl but plan for that!! Over all a negative experience.

This year's Official Game Watch location for Florida State Football! The Sarasota seminole club and fans are having a blast at gecko's gamewatch parties at Gecko's on Clark Rd.. has been very accommodating, the service is amazing and the food is superb! Thank you, Geckos, for having us and for doing such a great job!

Long time patron. The menu and quality has deteriorated over the years. Plus the ambiance is now bland. But our last outing there was decent. Million $ burger and chips was tasty

We came in on Saturday with a large 11u local football team while the FSU game was on. It was busy! The managers Christine and Eddie accommodated our party even with a packed house. Our food was perfect but our server was THE BEST! Dawn had kids tables that she had to keep track of with the parents tables and she did a Beyond Fantastic job! I’ve served before and our bunch is what a severs nightmare is made of. Everyone ordering at different times, drinks needing filled or ordered, separate checks, all of it. She kept calm, smiled, didn’t skip a beat and had everything in order. Hats off to Dawn! She’s a True MVP! We love this Geckos and the management, staff foh, boh and Dawn are some of the reasons why! We always have a great time, the food is always great and we are always welcomed and taken care of! Thank you Geckos!

The French onion soup was bland, lacking the rich beef flavor and the caramelized onions which enhances flavor as it had in previous years. I left half the soup and couldn’t finish it. The 1992 salad was fair. Lettuce could have been fresher. The bathrooms were dirty and littered. I do not plan to return. The $25 I spent with tip was not worth it.

This was the best lunch experience we have had in a long time! We have two small children and we have learned to order their food as soon as we sit down because most restaurants take awhile to bring out food, and kids get antsy when they are hungry. Our server, Cassy G., immediately took our kids order and brought out very quickly! Our food came out shortly after and everything was fresh and delicious, even the kids finished their meals!

We didn't get to enjoy this restaurant. They wouldn't set us. 3 children and 2 adults and they said they didn't have a place to set us. We are here on vacation and found you on line and the motel told us to try you. It was embarrassing, so we spent our time and money at another restaurant.. Don't think we'll come back to yours again.
