Absolute worse service in Sarasota! We first went here on a food tour and received disgustingly horrible service (unlike other guests on our tour). We tried to give them another chance when our family wanted to try their gelato and the service was even worse. The boy who “served” us did not even make an attempt to mask his disdain. I sure would have loved to see this “friendly service” so many other reviewers enjoyed. To add insult to injury, the strawberry gelato was way too sweet and no, we were not asked if we wanted to taste anything first. Oh, and to those who work here, you might want to be mindful what is said in another language. Your customer just might be bilingual as well.

Very nice and friendly family. My gelato was delicious.
Came here with my SO. There was a very nice selection of gelato (~20 flavors). I got their passionfruit and mixed berries sorbet. It was quite good and not too sweet. The service was friendly, and I heard it was family owned. The ambiance is quite nice with both outdoors and indoors seatings. I was hoping that their fruit-flavor gelatos were not limited to just sorbets, hence the 4-star review. I would come back again regardless though.
