The gelato was pretty good. I was on vacation and ordered a large gelato. There is NO difference between any of the sizes, they use the same size cup and ended up paying $8 for a large that’s the same size as a mini.
Mixed bag, the gelato is very sweet and flavorful. The store has terrible portion control. Ordered a small in a waffle cone ($3.90 + .80) and a large in a cup ($7.50). Both came with the exact same amount of Ice Cream, 2 scoops. I will not be going back
The mall opens up at 11 o’clock it’s a little after 12 in the afternoon and this ice cream shop is still not open it’s pathetic. Today’s June 17 an update its 1215 and gelato ice cream was supposed to open up back at 11 o’clock with the rest of the mall, and guess what they’re not open yet. Today is June 29 at 1322, and gelato ice cream is still not open they should’ve opened with the rest of them all at 11:00 AM I wonder how much longer the mall will keep this company inside before they are kicked out.

Gelato-go at University Town Center in Sarasota is a great place to go for all things quality gelato while shopping. I really like the selection and flavors that they have available here. The staff here is very accommodating and patient to make sure that you get everything that you need.
