Great American Cookies

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had! They would not give us small boxes for our giant cake to put slices in! They said it comes with individual slices which cost like 5 dollars, but when I buy a whole 40 dollar cake I can’t get one?? By far the stupidest people I’ve ever ancountered, never coming back

We have ordered many cakes from here but will never again. After spending $40 on a cake they refused to give us any small boxes so that we could split our cake for a family member going somewhere else. They wouldn't even cut slices for us either. Even the manager on the phone refused to allow the employee to give us a box. Ruined my sister's birthday celebration night.

Horrible customer service, asked for some accommodation on a order only to be rejected for a box to carry our order. We will never shop at this location again. Lack of customer service or compassion to the customer whom has individual needs.

We had a five star experience! Our daughter loves the cookie cake! Ordering on line was easy. The staff at the store during pickup were super friendly and wished us a happy birthday and thanked us for including them in our celebration.

Parking: Park in section 5 and walk into the mall and it’s on your right.

I was charged the wrong amount for a cookie cake, but they pointed out the mistake on their end and corrected it. You don't see that much anymore!

Very delicious cookies! I really enjoyed all their decadent and over the top flavors. I actually tried Great American cookie while on a business trip in Atlanta and was delighted to see that they're also in the UTC mall. I discovered the other location on Too Good To Go and I would really love to see y'all on Too Good To Go as well! It's a great app that allows store like Great American Cookie at UTC sell their unsold cookies for a discount! 99 Bottles in downtown Sarasota are already on it and I truly love the app. I'd love to see you guys on there too! Overall, truly delicious cookies and great customer service! :)

Love double doozies but don’t need the double cookie cals. Came in yesterday and bought a single cookie and had frosting on top of it. Paid with credit card. Came back today and woman forced me to pay $5 minimum so was forced to buy the double doozie. 1st world problems, but inconsistent service to save a few cents on cc fees. Good reason for me to stop going and avoid the calories ?

Super yummy Cookie Cake! I got it for my son’s birthday party. Turned out great. Everyone loved it! I especially loved it. And that following week ordered another just for us to have at home! ?Really good price as well. Thanks guys! I know for sure we will be back ??

never personally bought these cookies, but my friend brought me some to try, they were DISGUSTING!!! we were throwing up in the bathroom 2 minutes later. very sweet and not flavorful. go to clarabell cookies if u want some delicious, perfectly made cookies!!
