Baked Spanakopita

Classic Triangle
Our most popular variety, this is our traditional spinach pie to bring you a taste of Greece. Spinach, fresh onion, leeks, dill sautéed before mixing in the eggs and crumbled feta cheese. Served with a side of our house made Tzatsiki sauce!
Vegan Triangles
Our vegan variety of the classic spanakopita. The spinach, fresh vegetables, and herbs seasoned and sautéed, before wrapping and delivering to you. The same great taste, just slightly more herbal. Upon request, served with a ( non vegan ) side of house madeTzatsiki.
Ham and Cheese
Our signature mix, with a touch of cheddar cheese and chopped ham added. Spinach, fresh onion, leeks, dill sautéed before mixing in the eggs and crumbled feta cheese. Lastly we mix in the chopped ham and cheddar cheese! Served with a side of our house made Tzatsiki sauce!

They were at our local Gormet Evening Market and being Greek I thought I'd give it a try. Boy were they delicious. They tasted homemade and had amazing flavor. Very authentic and with fresh ingredients. I will definitely visit them again next week...they were soooo good.

This was so good. The balance of flavors was fantastic. If I had any complaint at all, it was that the pie was so big, I probably should have made two meals out of it. I didn't want to stop halfway through, though. Yum!

Greek triangles are delicious. They are made with only two layers of phyllo, and filled….really filled….with spinach, onions, and feta cheese. I keep some in the freezer when I don’t feel like cooking dinner. They are really worth the money. The owners are a young couple who work hard to sell these triangles at the Lakewood Ranch Farmer’s Market on Sundays. They are very nice to deal with, as well, and very upbeat. Please try these and give the business to this young...
