The restaurant is known for its fantastic food, with one of the few true "gluten-free" options in town where customers with celiac disease feel comfortable ordering. The parsnip pasta with mushrooms is incredibly rich and tasty, and the half chicken in coconut sauce is one of the most tender and wonderful chickens that customers can remember eating at a restaurant, thanks to the use of a large sous vide machine to cook the chickens. The chopped kale salad is both bountiful and fresh.
