The menu and food were exceptional. The service was pleasant. There was a homeless person who was using their outdoor seating area- smoking cigarettes, throwing them on the ground and using their washroom facilities. No one from management seemed to notice her or realized the negative impact she has on their business. She ended up using two table, stole a napkin after dropping it on the ground and placing it between her legs. The bill was $150 and it felt expensive for what we ate.
Sorry to see so little patronage during the summer on a Wednesday. Everything was delightful.

Good food lost waiter lol
We've been several times for breakfast. This was our first time for dinner. It never disappoints for breakfast and it certainly did not disappoint for dinner. WOW the food was beyond delicious! We can't wait to go back!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food at this restaraunt is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the restaraunt unique. Each time we have come Calvin has been our waiter. He is knowledgeable about the menu, gives very good service, and is genuinely a very nice man. We like him a lot. He is focused on what he does, takes his job seriously, and is a great waiter. Great job Calvin, keep it up! Thank you so much.

We found free parking just around the corner. The neighborhood felt calm, quiet, and distinctly upscale.
The dinner menu features four salads, each priced between $17 and $19, with optional add-ons: fish for $11, avocado for $4, or grilled chicken for $6.
Entrées range from a vegan beetroot risotto to a wagyu burger, priced between $19 and $28.
I ordered the Baja burrito—filled with avocado, red cabbage, carrot, cashew cheese, and wrapped in a massaged collard green burrito. It was tasty, but it’s definitely a dish best appreciated by vegans who truly enjoy collard greens.
My husband chose the goat cheese salad, a mix of organic greens, goat cheese mousse, pickled shallots, candied pecans, preserved grapes, house-made crackers, mustard pearls, and maple vinaigrette, also $18. The goat cheese was extremely creamy and paired beautifully with the light, airy toasted pieces served alongside. It made for the perfect light entrée.
For dessert, he had the pumpkin chia pudding—creamy, lightly spiced, and satisfying without being heavy—so we ended the night feeling perfectly content, not overly full.
There was a gentleman playing the saxophone just outside the door, a bit hard to carry on a conversation at times but very adorable when he played happy birthday for a little boy who clapped for joy. Very heartwarming moment.
Go and enjoy a very healthy dinner.

I absolutely love Green Zebra Café in Sarasota! The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and full of good energy. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’m obsessed with their smoothies and acai bowls—they taste amazing and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. I’ve also tried their vegan pancakes and a couple of lunch dishes, and everything has been delicious. I really appreciate that they have so many healthy options without sacrificing flavor. It’s the perfect spot whether I’m grabbing something quick or sitting down to enjoy a relaxed meal. Definitely one of my favorite places in town!
This is an omnivore place with lots of veggie and vegan options so maybe good for mixed groups. While the sun Benedict sounded original and interesting it was kind of disappointing. The supposed ‘hollandaise’ didn’t taste much like that and seemed like a creamy avocado sauce. The vegan poached egg just seemed like a ball of avocado and then there was more avocado. So it was a triple avocado toast with a few bits of mushroom and tomato. The fingerling purple potatoes were really nice though and well seasoned. I imagine they are healthier for you with the purple color. Indeed I far prefer the food and drinks at Project Coffee nearby if your party is happy for an all vegan affair. It’s also quite expensive here, $18 for a breakfast, $6 iced latte with a $1 surcharge for plant milks. You are on the main strip in downtown though I guess. It’s cute inside with interesting booths and tables and plants. And there’s outside seating if you prefer. You’re close to the marina as well. All their desserts are vegan and I’m interested to try their raw key lime cheesecake.
Healthy and delicious! I've had lunches but never dinner before this. Real food & well prepared/served!

Our food was excellent. My husband is in search of the best hamburger and their Wagyu burger did not disappoint, I bit sauced to pick up but the flavor was delicious. I had the beef tip tacos and they were very good both had great flavor. We also share the amazing goat cheese salad, it was large enough for 2 and I left the green zebra wanting more! I was stuffed but it was so good I know I'll be back. 2 entrees, 1 salad, one beer and tap water with tip almost $100. I can't leave out our server, Kelvin, great kind smile, knew the menu, and wonderful service. This is also my go to spot, I have never been disappointed.
Had to go and it was exceptional.

A great place for lunch! Cute decor and vibrant, fresh food. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, plus many choices for you carnivorous friends as well. I especially loved the raw options and had the Baja Burrito wrapped in massaged collard leaf. Yum! The drinks came out picture perfect and tasty as well. I was excited to see Seedlip cocktails on the menu (alcohol free) but they weren't available.

Fantastic food – one of the few true "gluten-free" available restaurants in town where my wife's celiac sister feels comfortable ordering food at a restaurant. I am myself Hand) parsnip pasta with mushrooms which was incredibly rich and tasty, and my wife had the half chicken in coconut sauce which was one of the most tender, most wonderful chickens that I can remember eating at a restaurant (they cook their chickens in a large sous vide machine which keeps them from drying out). we started with a chopped kale salad which was both bountiful (all four of us had some) and fresh. Service, on the other hand, did not match the quality of the food: it took several attempts to order both food and drink, at different times we ended up taking utensils from other tables when we did not have any, and "shared" items were delivered without 'sharing plates' - it even took more than one request to two different service employees to get plates for my wife and I to share a salad, when such a salad should have been delivered with sharing plates from the beginning. also, when we were asked about a special occasion and replied that it was my wife's sister's birthday, while we were not looking for any "song and dance", some acknowledgment in some way during the meal that it was her birthday would be appropriate from the staff who asked about special occasions – her birthday was not mentioned or recognized after that initial question.
