Had a fantasic experience at the Grillsmith! Had an old fashion and it was probably top 5 best of all the places I've ever been. In addition, had the old barrel salmon and it was out of this world. We went to this restaurant because they had plenty of gluten free options including dessert and were not disappointed! The place overall had a great vibe.

First, I see other reviews about outstanding service and great atmosphere; I can admit that it is my fault that my husband and I were not able to receive that experience. We decided to try a new restaurant and order in for a quiet night at home with Netflix. Disclaimer: I shop by reviews and I genuinely give (MY) honest experiences. My husband ordered the blackened salmon, and I ordered the aged ribeye steak, medium-well(blackened). My sides were loaded mashed potatoes, and sautéed spinach. We ordered the steak eggrolls that neither of us could eat. The steak was tough inside. My husband ABSOLUTELY hates wasting money so that’s the only reason that he ate the crab bisque. I couldn’t eat mine… WAY too sweet and too much turmeric ( which overpowered the flavor). My ribeye was 30% fat and TOO salty, the spinach had no flavor and the mashed potatoes were loaded with WHOLE garlic bulbs and was barely edible. I promise you that I am not trying to bash your restaurant but this was a very unpleasant meal for us and we have been fortunate enough to have dined in some really nice places. I believe the other positive reviews but I feel that you guys missed the mark with us.

Service, food and atmosphere were all perfect. We were seated right at our reservation time, served in a timely manner and enjoyed a great meal. Will definitely eat here again. Bella was an extremely friendly and efficient server. Very pleasant.
One of my new favorite places. A friend and I went for brunch. Loved the food ( I had steak and eggs).. the tater tots with Parmesan were amazing. Service has been excellent, friendly and prompt... without being pushy. Atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. Not too loud to talk. I highly recommend them!

We have done take out many times over the years here and recently we have had many mess ups. This evening after not receiving the correct order whether due to someone incorrectly entering it or packaging it my husband decided to call because this has happened a few times recently. When my husband was attempting to explain to someone the issues we had this evening he was repeatedly told he was wrong and then was hung up on! I was shocked and decided to call myself and ask to speak to the manger. When I got the manger on the phone I discovered he was the one who actually hung up on my husband- not stellar leadership abilities in my opinion. He refused to speak to me as well and told me I had to call the next day and speak with the General Manger and then hung up on me! I was completely pleasant and calm on the phone while he was defensive and rude. For average food and poor service I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.
