Come here with the family once a week , always have a burger. I don’t like seafood but my family loves seafood so it’s perfect for me. I felt this place it’s really good it’s always busy.

I come here almost 2-3 times a week now. Yesterday I ordered a Rice bowl with fish, no beans and it was GREAT!!! Lots of veggies. Perfect for a quick lunch.

Leaving this from a different account because I saw the response you gave to Dani, and I just have to say, what a joke.

You’re completely in the wrong. Dani called ahead to confirm the substitution. Your staff said it was fine. Then you went ahead and made whatever you felt like anyway, and tried to blame DoorDash for it? Seriously? That’s not a menu issue, that’s just straight-up bad service and zero accountability.

If you can’t handle simple customer requests, especially ones you verbally agreed to, then you shouldn’t be accepting orders through delivery apps at all. Own up to your mistake instead of hiding behind weak excuses.

Just wanted to make sure people know what really happened, because your response to her was complete nonsense.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering food. I ordered from Gyros and Seafood Sarasota through DoorDash with a very clear request: substitute the meat in my gyro with rice and beans since I’m vegetarian. Not only is that a simple request — it’s cheaper for them to make. They accepted the order and completely ignored the note.

When I called, I just wanted to confirm they could do the rice and beans substitution. The woman told me she was never going to make it that way and would just put what they had, even though she accepted my order with my requests. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. No apology, no solution — just attitude. She admitted the order was wrong but said she was making it anyway because she “needed to get their money.” Absolutely disgusting behavior. She didn’t care that I couldn’t eat it or that it wasn’t what I paid for.

She could’ve declined the order like any decent business would. Instead, she chose to knowingly make the wrong thing just to cash in. Shady and disrespectful.

I will never order from here again. It’s not just the food — it’s the way they treat people that’s completely unacceptable.

Got the cluster bundle and some shrimp alredo. The alfredo was kinda liquidy. Bland taste. Dont recommend. Now....the cluster budle....Got 2 clusters of crab legs but one was completely empty, no meat in any of the legs so that was a bummer. Feel like it was a waste of $50.

They have a drive thru!!!! And they were open in the very early hours of the morning. We were starving after our flight and went here. This was some of the best fried shrimp I’ve ever had. The wings and Philly cheesesteaks were delicious too. The food was so fresh, flavorful and hot. Definitely hit the spot.

Delicious gyros! The seafood is good too. I like the fish, fried shrimp with french fries or black beans and yellow rice, along with gyros. The fries are crispy and perfect every time I order them. Everything is fresh which i appreciate! Would recommend Gyros and Seafood Express in Sarasota without hesitation.
