I pass by this location almost every day on my usual afternoon Starbucks Run. Yesterday I happen to notice something seemed different. Behind the counter, and the establishment in general seemed less cluttered and very clean. I happened to be looking over when the young lady behind the counter made eye contact with me and smiled. She greeted me with the biggest Smile and said, “how are you doing today?” And I told her I was great. I mentioned to her how good things were looking over there. She then introduced herself to me as the new General Manager. I believe she said her name was Sarah. I was struck by how confident yet polite and sophisticated this young lady, Sarah seemed to be managing and ice cream store. I told her that I was waiting in line at Starbucks but sometime I would have to come over and try some ice cream. She again smiled, warmly and enthusiastically welcomed to me to stop by sometime on a break. It’s funny how she had noticed in the past week or two I had been going to Starbucks almost every day. Very observant on her part.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by being noticed and then so graciously being welcomed to stop by. I will most definitely be going to this location the next time I am craving ice cream.

The manager of this store was amazing. Was craving ice cream while running some errands and I decided to spoil myself and Jackie was just the most friendly person! She put up with all of my requests for samples and made me a custom milkshake just the way I asked for it. I recommend this shop to anyone around.

I enjoy going to this store, the manager Jackie and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. My kids are always excited to get a hello along with the great ice cream. I would highly recommend the drive out to enjoy the atmosphere and amazing service.

Haagen Dazs has one of the friendliest atmospheres I’ve experienced in a long time. The manager was friendly and tentative to every customer, the other employees were loud, smiling, and made the entire experience enjoyable. 10/10, will definitely return and not just for the ice cream!

Stopped here while on vacation; the staff was friendly and the shop was clean. It's a little pricey, but they offer a loyalty program to offset it. I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
If you’re in the UTC mall and want some ice cream come see Koryn and staff. Everybody has a smile on their face and super friendly.

Manager Jackie was being condescending to a girl employee who was asking questioning about how to making an banana split (I ordered that). The employee Jaziah was wonderful and super nice, I could tell she was being trained but the way the manager trained her was unacceptable. The employee was asking questions in a nice tone and the manager responded "I told you a1000 times" then turned around and joked with the male employees. It's definitely some kind of misogyny, she SHOULD NEVER talk about her employee like that ESPECIALLY in front of a customer and she did it on purpose for her to hear. Somebody should do something about that manager that was unacceptable. She also made a d*** comment when the worker asked about the ingredients for the banana split she said in a horrible sarcastic tone "there's bananas in a banana split", made eye contact with me then turned to the male employees and they also laughed. That's appalling, I hope that young girl finds another job, I'll even write a letter of recommendation for her to find another job because that manager should never treat her like that. No matter how long she's been working she has the right to ask questions without being made fun of. Do not recommend.
