I love eating at Hamlet's when I go to the Bazaar at Apricot and Lime. Their vegan options are pretty hearty, my fave are the crab cakes, so good!

This place was fantastic. Husband is a meat eater and fish and chips afficianado and declared best fish and chips ever. I am vegetarian and had the buffalo cauliflower tacos. Amazing flavor and presentation. Lots of tables. Quick service. Highly recommend!

This place in the Bazaar India Market, has the most delicious, different, kinds of food. Today, Thursday, December 14, 2023, I tasted the “ BEST” homemade vegetable soup, EVER in my life. I’m taking some extra home to my husband, who hasn’t had a chance to come here, Yet ?. After he has this soup, he’ll want me to take him here, for sure. They also have great French fries & amazing grilled cheese sandwiches ??????……

Seriously need to update website...food was good...atmosphere is what will bring me back...the guy singing was very much distracting at lunch for people wanting to chat.
The single best breakfast burrito I've ever had. All food is available in vegan options and tastes incredible. The vegan chorizo is so tender and flavorful, paired with the perfect balance of beans and tofu, with a soft but impactful herbal flavor of the melted vegan cheese that coats the inside of the warm tortilla and leaves a rich aftertaste when paired with the churizo. Image featured is the non-vegan version of this burrito that my friend got because mine was gone by the time I thought to leave a review. Their kombucha on tap is lovely too. The entire venue where this food truck is stationed is so welcoming and vibrant with art and music and very LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Hamlet's Eatery is a true gem in Sarasota. From their incredible food to the events they host, the ONLY problem with Hamlet's is that they're not open every day of the week! When I say these were some of the best hand cut fries I've ever had, I truly mean it. Even my salad was a total showstopper. They have as many vegan options as non-vegan which is super unique as well! And there's ample seating with cover.Kim, the owner, is phenomenal. Talking to her for 5 minutes, and you know how passionate she is about the customer experience at Hamlet's Eatery. The food truck itself may be small but their exceptional food + space are MIGHTY! A must-visit in Sarasota.

I love the fact they dont use beyond or impossible for the the base for the burgerZFries were ??????….I want to say they are fresh cut and fried on the spot.Cool vibes….will definitely return once back in town.
