I just discovered this place last week and now I am addicted. The loaded Mac and cheese bowl is so yummy and the portion is enough i can share with my mom. I like it with the habanero sauce. The customer service is excellent and the staff are very handsome. 😊

Food took forever to make. A couple of teenagers frying my food of course its no good. The fries was over cooked, hard as a rock and everything is pricey for a little piece of chicken. Better off going to PDQ.

Oh my. Between tip, 8 bone in wings and a box of fries I paid $20. I felt it was a bit high. Nope. Worth every penny. First. Best fries I've ever had. Great seasoning an excellent sauce. The fries, crinkle cuts, were the crispiest!!!! Wings were huge, cooked perfectly. Perfect heat for me. Way too much for most. I got the scorpion. But the flavor was insane. The breading was outstanding. I got 2 meals out of it and I'm a big man. I've eaten wings in over 200 cities through out the US and Canada. I've eaten easily over 50,000 wings in my life. These 8 were the best.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had at any restaurant.
I ordered from this location and the food was overcooked and tasted completely wrong. I called the next day and the manager told me to come in so they could issue a refund. I traveled nearly 2 hours roundtrip to get there, and once I arrived, I was made to wait over 40 minutes while they were “busy.”
After all of that, the other manager refused to help and tried to argue with me by saying his cousins ate the same food and didn’t complain as if that somehow makes my order acceptable. Completely unprofessional and dismissive.
Because of their actions, the entire trip and time spent was completely wasted. This location clearly does not care about customers, does not honor their own promises, and shows zero respect for people’s time.
I will never be returning, and I hope management improves before more customers get treated like this.
