This is one of the best spots to eat in Sarasota. The fried rice is better than the Chinese restaurants in the area. The food is always amazing and nice and fresh.

I came sightseeing to Sarasota with my family, we found this spot nearby that had good reviews and decided to give it a try because we love Peruvian food. The service is amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the waitress was very polite and friendly. She brought menus right away, got our drink order and brought them out quick. However.... as soon as we walked in and went to sit, we realized there was a huge roach leg under the table! Understandably, we lost our appetite so we just ordered some sodas and beers and left. I can't judge the food because we didn't make it that far but that was a pretty shocking experience.

Sad to say I don’t agree with other reviews. I had beef chaufa and my husband had Lomo. Both dishes did not meet our expectations; no seasoning at all, unfortunately. I will say the the dishes are huge, so two people can share. When we walked in lights were off which was super weird, waitress turned them on about 40 minutes after. She was attentive but alone with about 5 different tables waiting. Also, one of the kids from the party next to us found a roach inside her food. I will not be returning and don’t recommend.

This is a great, affordable find for lunch or dinner in Sarasota. Ample parking and wonderful, friendly service. The owners will happily introduce you to authentic Peruvian cuisine. Come prepared to eat. The portions are huge! Not a fancy environment, but very friendly, affordable, and relaxed. Such an enjoyable break for a delicious meal off the beaten path!

I prefer to eat at places that aren't part of a chain when I'm out of town. This Peruvian place was very small, but I heard good things about it. When you walk in, you can choose where to sit. There was only one waitress, and she was kind and helpful. Made suggestions to our family, which is hard to please. The food was made when it was ordered. The price was fair for what you got. It was really tasty. She gave us to-go boxes and gave us the check right away. Thanks a lot

I ordered the lomo with chaufa and let me say it was worth the wait. I’m from jersey and this dish was close to home. Any other Peruvian spots I went to was let’s say not great. The service is a little slow because you have on lady running the whole show but be patient she works hard. Gracias por la rica comida!!

The 5of us , ages 16 to 82, had a fantastic experience. All of us loved the dishes that we ordered...ceviche, steak with a fancy rice dish, fried beef heart with yucca, a dish of chicken and vegetable mix, servd with jasmine rice....and more...all really delicious with large portions. And services were wonderful.I Can't say enough about this restaurant.
I love visiting local spots when out of town vs chain restaurants. I found this Peruvian place very small but the reviews were good. Upon entering you can pick where to sit. The waitress which was only one lady was courteous and attentive. Made suggestions to our complicated family. Food was made fresh to order. Very nice portion for reasonable price. It was very delicious. She gave us to go boxes and was prompt with the check. Thank you

I do not understand the 5-star ratings of this place. It is a dive. Metal / formica tables. Trash food. The only good thing was the massive quantities of (almost inedible) food. STAY AWAY !
