this highschool girl is always on the phone even when while doing transaction, i guess this is what happened during that night because these kids cant even read. Since when hawaiian comes with PINEAAPLE AND SAUSAGE. Trying to call back they dont even answer. Not even trying to get a refund, i want them to fix it. Talk about satisfactory customer service at their signs

Lettuce in salad moldy and rotten. Disgusting. Called to complain and after 20 minutes of being on hold I just hung up the phone and wrote this review.
There missing a slice campaign is ridiculous. I support cancer awareness in all forms but when you actually look at how much is donated vs how much goes to the actual cause...leave my pizza slices alone. Will not be ordering in October I guess

The bad review from Donna Strickland omits details, such as they have basically one employee and they are not a catering service, the employee I met there while door dashing was working his tail off and I can assure you those pizzas were not burnt, I heard a timer go off and saw the gentleman boxing pizzas rapidly. Don't listen to negative comments, get that guy some help and definitely a raise!
I give this place a solid 3 stars because it's pretty hit or miss on whether or not you have a good experience. Sometimes the food is decent and other times it's undercooked. They're constantly short staffed and every time I've went in there, it's like a zoo. If the workers slowed down and took their town to prefect their orders, the place would be great. But due to the short staff, they seem pressured and push out half baked (or over baked) pizzas and have a tendency of forgetting part of your order. The place isn't bad, by any means. It's still hungry howies. However they seem lack a tad but of structure and organization
They use door dash for delivery now and it is garbage. Been waiting over an hour and half for 2 simple pizzas. Terrible.

I honestly love this place I love hungry Howie's Pizza it's my favorite pizza and my family's favorite pizza especially my kids and we come here or to any hungry Howie's all the time but in this particular incident when I got handed my pizza I saw two bugs that I could not distinguish crawling on my box and I know that this establishment has been here for a long time and I'm not sure how all of their health standards are but as soon as I was handed my box of pizza there were two live bugs crawling on it as I was walking it to my truck. I feel weird about it but I am definitely still going to eat it because I can't resist the smell and temptation. But I would like some kind of reimbursement
