My husband and I are new to Sarasota. We opened a real estate office here (an extension of our NY offices...River Hills Properties) . We enjoy fine dining and certainly want to talk about the lifestyle that Sarasota presents to all our clients. We work 12 hours a day and last thing I want to do is cook...I do make a mean bowl of Lucky Charms tho... We eat out A LOT. Hyde Park looked like it had potential and we were hosting 2 of our RHP agents. HOLY CRAP! WHAT A PLACE! OK..so nice place...how was the FOOD???? WONDERFUL!!! All 4 of our meals were DELECTABLE! Frank and Matt, our waiters know how to take care of peeps...I ordered the fancy Japanese beef for the first time in my life...and the CHEF BROUGHT IT OUT...I felt so special...and the price tag was a tiny bit more palatable. We were not 'rushed'...our service was amazing...and oh...VALET parking! YES! Many delectable sides to choose from. Ambiance...TOP tier...and like I said...we eat out a lot and kinda know what to expect/look for. Located in downtown, the vibe was coolness! Outdoor dining was intimate and protected from the weather. I would rate 5 star and we will include this lovely place as a new 'regular' dining option.

We come every year to Sarasota and wouldn't dream of not having dinner at Hyde Park Steakhouse! You've got the whole package here. The chilled fish tower was fresh and delicious. Next, we had the wedge salad and that didn't disappoint. Then we shared the 38 dry aged rib eye which was cooked medium rare as requested. Perfectly done and full of flavor. The martinis are THE BEST!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our servers were Frank and Alan. These two worked perfectly as a team and checked on us frequently. And funny too! Can't wait to return😋

We had a great time for my girlfriends birthday dinner. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Thank you for putting her name on the menu and signing the birthday card along with the rose petals. Honestly the best restaurant experience I've ever had.

Our first time here. Waited to be served drinks for a while in the bar area but to be fair the place was really busy. Food was wonderful. Steaks were melt in the mouth. We found the calamari too salty and the same with my lobster sauce on my steak. Old school service which was nice. It was our anniversary and they had put rose petals on our table and a wonderful complimentary dessert.

The waiters, servers and management are top notch, it's the level of excellence you expect with your fine dining experience. I eat here a few times a year, for the past 7 years, and have never experienced anything but absolute satisfaction with the service and food. Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse is the number 1 restaurant in Sarasota, in my opinion, when it comes to ambiance, food, service and overall experience. Thank you to the management and staff for always maintaining such high quality of food and high level service.

 we had a wonderful meal and the service was impeccable... We really enjoyed our server... He was so attentive and very tolerant of us in our silliness! Food was wonderful... Can't think of a better place to celebrate a birthday! And they brought me a special birthday cake and one for the table! They were very generous...

Since it opened, Hyde Park has been our "go to" spot for holiday and special occasion meals. Plus, it's a wonderful place for great meal any day.
We had the best experience last night. The food was unbelievably delicious. The service was top-notch. We will definitely be back again.
We always have a great experience at Hyde park. We sat at a high tub in the bar area.  Davis and Eric took amazing care of us and were extremely attentive and made great recommendations for food and drinks/wine. We shared a seafood platter which I had never had before and it was amazing! The lump crab was out of this world ! We also had the twin filets and crème brûlée! Can't wait to go back
Went here for our 15 year anniversary. All staff members we interacted with wished us a happy anniversary. The whole experience was top notch including the food. The Millionaires potatoes and flambé butter cake are a must-try. Highly recommended for any occasion.
Food was great, service was great, one of our favorite restaurants to celebrate special occasions.
