Very warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the best burgers in Sarasota, food was excellent. Fried Calamari apps were great accompanied by a Caesar salad. Service was very good. Would go back when in town again.

They must have been short staffed as my friends ordered bread and it took 45 minutes... We typically enjoy dining at HP but tonight was incredibly slow service. Although we had reservations they took a long time to seat us. The food was good but they messed up the salads. It's high season and perhaps they need to hire more staff.

We have been to Hyde Park many times and have always had a good experience and excellent food. The steak this time was, if possible even better than usual. So tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. John, our waiter was excellent.
