Worst experience ever!! Employees arguing when we got there.... Service was horrible horrible horrible amd slow slow slow!!! Food was nothing short of pothetic and at leeast half of it was un eatable! Items had to be removed from the check and diacount given! Not to mention this place is super small and dirty dirty dirty!!! Dont do it!!

horrible service. me and my family came to eat here we waited 10 mins to be acknowledged to be asked how many were eating. we waited another 20 mins to actually be seated , while waiting many other family’s came in and were waiting not one waitress acknowledged anyone. no one followed covid procedures , someone there wasn’t able to hear very well i’m supposing getting to close to everyone, lady in the kitchen wasn’t wearing her mask properly. once we were seated at a table it wasn’t clean they cleaned it with a dirty rag and left over food from the previous people were left on the seats , we asked for another table once we were seated we ordered our food. we got our food it was horrible. my mom ordered a egg omelet , horrible the avocados were hard , the tomato’s seemed to be old and the beef was horrible, i ordered cupcake pancakes with the icing , the icing was horrible watery substance , eggs were under cooked nothing was good. the attention and service at this i hop was horrible , one of the waitress was very rude and had an attitude wasn’t able to get her name.

Andy the owner is a very nice and fair. The rooms and price of the rooms could be alot cheaper and look alot nicer . There's remodeling going on but over all a nice place to be

Aweful. When we got to door, no one really wanted to seat us. When seated waited 15 min. Not a waitress even acknowledged us. Asked who our waitress was 2 waitresses argued over us. Again no one waited on us. We got up to leave, no one cared. Terrible service

Waitress Keia was rude straight from the door. We decided to stay for breakfast because it was very close to work. The food was good but I made the mistake to use their bathroom. This was the most disgusting bathroom I have seen. One was out of order but still dirty. The other one was functional but dirty as well. If I go back, I would plan ahead to never step foot in the women bathroom. Not sure of the men condition. During this time of viruses and Covid we care about sanitizing and having a bathroom which hasn't been cleaned in ages doesn't cut it for me. Mcdonald's and any gas station had better bathrooms.

Me and my wife stopped in to grab a GOOD OLE QUALITY BREAKFAST. THE WAITRESS WE HAD WAS ON POINT AND WAS SOOOO NICE AND RESPECTFUL I TOLD HER SHE NEEDS TO TEACH THE OTHER WORKERS HOW TO BE CUSTOMER QUALITY WITH COMMUNICATION SKILLS. To begin with, I dated the nephew of the original founder of IHOP. I always go to IHOP for their comfort food especially the coffee! The servers always seem to be nice and friendly. It's everything a diner should be. IHOP is an American Institution.

New location for me to visit. The staff was super friendly and there are dividers for each booth keeping the environment separate for families to enjoy each other’s time without having to worry about germs spreading during the pandemic.
