Me and my wife stopped in to grab a GOOD OLE QUALITY BREAKFAST. THE WAITRESS WE HAD WAS ON POINT AND WAS SOOOO NICE AND RESPECTFUL I TOLD HER SHE NEEDS TO TEACH THE OTHER WORKERS HOW TO BE CUSTOMER QUALITY WITH COMMUNICATION SKILLS. BUT WE GOT LUCKY AND GOTTEN A BLESSING THAT EARLY AND WE'RE GOOD FOR THAT. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICES....LOCATION: 301@12THSARASOTA FL.34234

To begin with, I dated the nephew of the original founder of IHOP. I always go to IHOP for their comfort food especially the coffee! The servers always seem to be nice and friendly. It's everything a diner should be. IHOP is an American Institution.
