Il Panificio Pizzeria is a gem in our downtown. I have been coming here for twenty years. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is like a step back in time to a warm, welcoming place. Having pizza and a bottle of Chianti under a Vespa is so romantic. The customer service is absolutely top notch. Paco opens the wine and brings it to our table. The staff is friendly and always provides great service. Thank you.
Pizza tonight in Weston (Ft. Lauderdale)! Friends driving from Tampa to Ft Lauderdale and made a pick-up of 3 large pizzas that I had pre-ordered from the Main St location. Paco took my phone order and everything is perfect. 450° oven to reheat and WOW, delicious… il Pacifico for dinner. Exactly as I remember from our Longboat Key days.
I enjoyed Il Panificio pizzas when last i lived in Sarasota in 2017-2019.\nJust moved back and the 2 pizzas I have had have been disappointing----chewy dough and subpar toppings (I had the Margarita pizza).\nONE MORE OBJECTION*** The credit card processor has tip suggestions of (if I remember correctly) 15% (satisfactory service), 20% (good service), 30% (excellent service) .
