New owners, new name TIN, updated restaurant. Delicious food. We were looking for Vietnamese food near us, this place was reopened under new ownership just one month ago. Very clean simple decor, the food was really good. The owner recommended their fresh spring rolls with pork, wow, spectacular, truly fresh with a secret crunch, the thinly sliced pork perfectly tender, the vegetables crunchy and delicious. Perfect appetizer for the entrees, the Bò Lúc Lắc (Vietnamese Shaking Beef) was a perfect blend tenderloin, with a salty and light sweet sauce, great flavors of oyster and soy sauce, onions and peppers, spicy jalapeño peppers optional, accompanied with white rice and fresh cucumber, lettuce salad. So good! The vermicelli noodles with shrimp were very good, the shrimp were brushed with a lovely sauce and grilled to perfection, light sauce and bits of fresh vegetables and a touch of cilantro. This place seems like a breath of fresh air in an area that needs good food. They also offer sushi and Thai dishes. Try it out!

Love Vietnamese Pho! Always had it witha chicken broth! Unfortunately this restaurant only offered the beef broth! ...don't enjoy beef. Very disappointed as I had to order something else, which wasn't that good, because I had brought others with me and didn't want to leave. I don't plan to be back !

We visited from out of town and stoped by for lunch. The wide variety of foods was able to satisfy my whole family. We had Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Shaking Beef, and some sushi. Everything was fresh and the portions are generous. I would recommend Tin Viet & Sushi to anyone looking for great Asian food.

We came for lunch on their grand opening! The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the owner came and introduced himself and made sure we were happy. The food was outstanding we thoroughly enjoyed I had to take some food home with me!! Nice decor it would be great if they left the Thai style music on as it adds to a more authentic experience! Really hope for good things with this business!

We have gone twice to Tin. Delicious both times! Best Shaken Cubed Beef I have ever had and we enjoyed the Vietnamese egg rolls with pork fried rice. Everything was excellent. We look forward to trying other dishes. They have a large menu.

We had the most amazing time tonight at Tin’s.The customer service and Tin were so amazing and attentive to our group (and Tin was gracious enough to give us a great background on how authentic the food is prepared). And the food - oh my goodness, the food was so good. As I’m writing this I am still thinking about the chargrilled pork I had.If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese or Thai, definitely go here!
So glad Tin took over & changed the menu & flavors. WE CAN TELL IT'S MUCH BETTER. PLUS BIG SUSHI ROLLS. EXCELLENT CRUNCHY EGG ROLLS. We will be back several times. When it was Infuzions' owner, we only ordered pho & ginger salad. The egg rolls were not good so I stopped getting them. Excited to taste more on the menu now. Ginger salad tastes better as well.

New ownership. The spicy beef broth for the pho was recommended by the owner and it was delicious! Didn’t care for the noodles, they weren’t the thin rice noodles, more like udon noodles. Other than that it was good! Looking forward to trying more of their menu!

The old owners really knew what they were doing. The new owners do not have it together waited a half hour for a ginger salad for the waitress to come out and tell us that there’s no more ginger they were out of most other stuff for chrissake they’re right next to a grocery store go buy some salad dressing Will not be

Left after waiting 45 minutes for my takeout order. Saw people coming in and ordering after me and getting their food before me. When they and I realized after 30 minutes something was wrong, they kept on telling me for the remaining 15 minutes I was there that it was coming right out. Missing or somehow messing up the order is one thing, but please don't lie about it. Apologize and offer a free egg roll - or something. At least respect your customers a little. I finally couldn't wait any more, told them so and left.
