Inkawasi has became a favorite of ours. Every time we walked by since moving here a couple years ago we’d remind ourselves to try it. Once we did, we wish we went sooner! This is definitely the best kept secret on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch! They have the best beef empanadas I’ve ever had. The Amazonian rice dish is phenomenal! Ask for Ruben he is such a great server! What a fun night and they have live music!
P.s. order a glass of the Ica Valley Malbec! So yummy!
