The food is excellent, as is the service. Kudos to their lomo saltado with tacu tacu and their anticuchos. A little Peruvian gem in the heart of Lakewood Ranch!

Five Stars for InkaWasi! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
My wife and I went to InkaWasi while she was visiting me here in Florida for our 28th anniversary, and we were pleasantly surprised. I told her she was going to love it — she’s never had Peruvian food before, but I know her flavor profile, and I was right.
We started with the Pork Bites appetizer — absolutely delicious. For the main course, we both had the Lomo Saltado, which I’ve always loved, but theirs is truly next level. They also have plenty of seafood and chicken dishes on the menu if that’s more your thing, but I can’t resist that Lomo Saltado every time.
The restaurant isn’t huge, but that’s part of its charm. I always seem to come in just off the peak hours and get seated right away. Great food, great service, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend — bring your friends!

The food was horrible very poor quality and very expensive…. There’s another Peruvian restaurant called El Warike in Bradenton, it’s a smaller place but the same soup there is much better than Inkawasi and much less expensive. It was my first time going there and I’ll never go back there!!!

Love this little gem. We like high protein meals and this place was great for us. The have other items and low or no meat options, but we came for the meats and seafood. They did not disappoint. The waitress was super accommodating and friendly, we will certainly be back any time we are back in the area. I would have taken pictures, but our kids dug in as fast as food showed up! Definitely recommend getting a Pisco Sour. A must, so refreshing.

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant since we first moved to Lakewood Ranch two years ago. It has always been great, however, I remember the first time we had The famous Pro, dish, lomo saltado. I’m Thinking to Myself that the portion was smaller than any other one I’ve ever had in my life. My wife felt the same way. However, it was very good and did not really pay much attention to it. Well today after probably about a couple dozen times going, my wife and I ordered the same dish, and the portion was noticeably a lot smaller than any other time before. I even left there with a little bit of hunger. We also ordered a to go of the snapper fish dish, And it comes with yuca. When I brought this home to my mother-in-law, she could not even cut it with a knife due to how hard it was.

Amazing flavor with every dish. We enjoyed the smoked pork chaufa & Lomo Saltado were both exceptionally flavorful, and the portions were quite generous, making for a truly delicious new experience.

A good friend of mine recommended Inkawasi and I was really excited to try it out I always trust their taste so I had high hopes going in
Right away the experience started off on a positive note The staff was incredibly kind and attentive From the moment we walked in we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for The service alone made the visit feel special and it’s something I truly appreciated
When it came to the food I’ll be honest it was just okay Not terrible not amazing just somewhere in between I didn’t leave unhappy but I also didn’t feel that spark that sometimes happens when you discover a new favorite spot That being said I also understand that one visit doesn’t always tell the full story
There were a lot of other dishes on the menu that looked really interesting and I’m definitely open to going back and giving it another shot It might be that I didn’t order the right thing for my taste this time around or that the true gems of the menu are still waiting for me to discover them I’ve been to enough restaurants to know that sometimes you just have to find the dish that really brings out what the kitchen does best
One thing that stuck with me though was the care and warmth of the team working there That kind of hospitality goes a long way and it’s one of the reasons I want to return I’ll probably ask for some recommendations next time and try something new
Overall I’m glad I went and I’m even more glad I listened to my friend’s recommendation Even if this first visit didn’t blow me away it left me with a good feeling and a genuine interest in coming back I’ll happily update this review if next time hits the mark which I have a good feeling it might

I’m Peruvian and have been traveling around Florida. We tried three Peruvian restaurants and were disappointednone. That changed when we found this place. Finally, real Peruvian flavor and great service.
