Just discovered this placed last week. I’ve already been there twice. Services is very nice. The atmosphere is very very pretty but the food is amazing.

Maria the beautiful blond waitress is absolutely amazing! She speaks English and Spanish. Her attention is absolutely fabulous! The Restaurant is great! Food is incredibly yummy and great prices!

I m asking myself why the owner invested lots of money and started an expensive business adventure in a high-end part of sarasota and provided meals with no taste ? The food is tasted less. No flavor at all in our mid-day meal. Not even the picarones were sweet enough. Go visit Lima or Chiclayo or Piura and taste the difference between a great meal and your mediocre one. No harm intended here, but the truth must prevail in order to succeed in a very competitive market. Don't make another mistake like The Selva in Sarasota ( expensive place with nothing exquisite here ) or Aji & Limon in Coral Springs etc etc. Make an extra financial effort and take your cooks to Peru, take them to a good restaurants ( not necessarily expensives ) and let them learn what or how to taste in one of the best cusine in the world. Invest in your future ( if you want to stay in business ), and you will not regret it, and most of all, you will enjoy a successful business! Good luck...!

Inkawasi has became a favorite of ours. Every time we walked by since moving here a couple years ago we’d remind ourselves to try it. Once we did, we wish we went sooner! Always fresh, delicious & great gluten friendly options. After another amazing meal tonight I promised myself I’d write a review. Perfect meal from the sangria to a surf & turf special with the best fire roasted veggies & we shared the passion fruit pudding for dessert. And our server was amazing! Can’t say enough about it, we’ll be back soon!

We went for the first time last week and came back this week because we loved it so much. The Peruvian and Chinese fusion food is amazing. Great value for the money.

Highly underrated restaurant
If you haven’t tried Peruvian this is a good place to start. Lomo Saltado, Tallerin Saltado are a good place to start, then consider a ceviche

We showed up at 7:30 p.m google showed that they were open until 8:00 p.m. the waitress (who I will not describe because my intentions are not for anyone to lose their job) told us that they could only sit us outside because they were about to close, as if wiping down the table after we ate was going to take an extra hour after closing. It was about 95 degrees outside, we decided to leave and go to another peruvian restaurant on 17th st called MAEMI where we were treated like superstars.

I was shocked to see so many 1 star reviews that were completely untrue. I love this place so much!! The food is delicious, the portions are a great size, and it’s clean. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I never leave reviews, but this place is so great that I had to rave about it. I’m grateful that such a wonderful and unique restaurant is in Lakewood Ranch.
