This review is long overdue but I only started posting reviews recently and now I’m playing catch up on lots of places! Jade Garden is absolutely amazing for take out food!! I have been coming here for over 25 years, it was called something else way back then but I’m pretty sure it’s the same family throughout… The food is always fresh and delicious, the lunch specials are a great deal! The family is also very friendly, even when I call to place my order they recognize the number and know my order!! I first started coming here when my store was in the same plaza and even though my store is now across Bee Ridge for the past 24 years I still risk my life to walk across and get lunch because it really is that good! If you’re looking for great takeout definitely come here, I highly recommend!

This place is filthy the moment you open the door. The door itself is dirty the floor mat the floor, etc. I can't imagine the kitchen. I ordered takeout otherwise I would not have eaten there. Worst is then the food was inedible. Waste of my time and money. They tried to make the food right by having us drive back to try something different, which we are not doing because it is during rush hour. Customer service was kind enough.

Love this place because their combinations come with plain fried rice and they have chicken egg rolls. Every other place in Sarasota only serves pork fried rice, and pork egg rolls.

The Best Chinese Restaurant in Sarasota. Me and my husband love it . They have the nicest grandma Chinese cook . She always comes to greet us and to make sure to explain what box is which dish ordered . Really nice family running this business.
Their food is horrible. It's very greasy and slimy. I only get low mein and I get the sweet& sour chicken for my little one (he only eats the chicken nuggets?). Mine was so slimy and his was very soggy & grease filled. I've tried it on several occasions and it never got better. So eat at your own risk.
