I am a server of almost 30 years, an amazing tipper, and the last thing i want to do is leave a bad review, but here it is. There is no reason for the staff of any restaurant to be this non caring of the patrons that come to your establishment. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is excellent but no matter what if you don't get any good service what's the point of going here???? Asked for management, and the staff said there is nobody here. I'd love an invite back, but after the interaction with the staff, I am afraid of what they would do to my food. I know, right crazy! Just sad because the food is AMAZING! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! AND DON'T CARE! I have been going to other Mexican restaurants locally to find another local fav, but nobody comes close to this food, and that's the true reason I am leaving this. In hopes it reaches the owner and they don't lose their restaurant because of bad waitstaff and maybe make the changes to welcome everyone back. Like seriously, put a sign on 41 new staff, and you'll be busier again. Cause we aren't coming back until we see it! Sorry, not sorry!

Walked in at 2pm and we were the only customers. That should have been our sign.
Cheese dip app ($12) came out cold and lumpy.
Had to send it back.

Lunch came out and after one bite, we paid and left.

Eating at chickfilet across the street now.

The food was awesome. You get chips and salsa to start. It was the greatest experience I've ever had in a Mexican restaurant. You must try!

If I go to a Mexican restaurant, I would like to listen to Mexican music even if I can't understand the music. I hate when a restaurant plays music that is out of the theme, such as regeton.

Service:
It was somewhat ok, nothing that blew us away.

Vibe:
Was a mix because of the music that was being played. The decorations were Mexican, and that's about it. It didn't feel like I was in Mexico it did make us feel like we were in South Beach in Miami.

Taste of the Food:
We ordered burritos, They were good, but they weren't the best.
Along with our order, we had the sampler plater. Again, it just was lacking that Mexican touch it had fried Jalapeños with cheese, Casadia, and some other fried items.
The portions were grate for all of the items ordered.

Would we return:
No, being that they lacked items in the menu, and it took them over 45 seconds to seat us the food the vibe and the cost of the food, no, we will not go back

I have been twice for my anniversary when we come to Venice. I LOVE their food. Tonight I had their carnitas they're the best I have ever had. I am Cuban carnitas is something we do and this beyond the best. Good atmosphere, good service and stellar food! I will visit here anytime we are in town.

Nothing we had was any good. The cheese dip was not good at all, everything was $17 and up on the menu and not worth the money, there are much better mexican restaurants. Outside looked nice but inside was not.
