We absolutely love Jersey Mike’s but every time we go to this location, the customer service is very lacking and disappointing. We try to avoid going to this location for the simple fact that the service is absolutely horrible.

Why was I charged extra for cheese on my tuna sub???? What sub business charges extra for cheese????? Seriously!!! Do you charge for cheese on all subs? I wanted to try this new place, as I have never been to a Jersey Mike's, I won't be back...going back to Publix's!!!!

I wanted to take a moment to give this location and the lady working some deserving recognition. I arrived to pick up an online order and decided to enjoy it on the tables outside. I noticed my sandwich was made incorrectly so I went in and the lady apologized. She explained there was an employee who didn’t show up and she was also responsible for training her only helper who overlooked the details of my order. To manage online orders and lots of foot traffic is not possible and she was up front in letting customers know that they would have a wait. Not only did she politely apologize and correct my order but she let me keep the incorrect sandwich which meant it wouldn’t end up wasted as I could give it to somebody else in my household. Also, she gave me a card good for a future sandwich on my next visit as a result which wasn’t necessary. She is an asset to the Jersey Mike’s team and for those customers that walked out, they will do fine without your business. Thanks Jersey Mike’s!!!
They were behind/busy and as im waiting to order the lady says its going to be a while were so backed up while rolling her eyes like it was my fault! Rude and uncalled for. I did not order and immediately left .

Probably the rudest, most ignorant lady right when you walk in. Rolls her eyes at you. Yells you are going to be waiting a while because they are to slow to get their online orders done with multiple people working. Waited, still no one wanted to help us. No one in front of us or behind us. Was a customer twice a week. Never again. Retire lad

Placed order online and received it 31 min after the pick up time. They repeatedly told us they were understaffed and had attitudes with the people waiting. I asked to cancel my order and got snapped at. Got home and one of my subs was not even what I ordered after all that.

Went to pick up 2 sub sandwiches staff very unpleasant. Had order steak sandwich with no jalapeños peppers. What do i get? When i get home, the steak sandwich is loaded with jalapeños. Call the store to speak with the manager, the associate, who answered the phone, states not in today explained what happen she remember who i was since she was the one who made the sandwich but said she could read the handwriting. She offered to remake and explain to her i live in nokomis and was on my way home and stopped there she said to call and speak with the manager tomorrow. Consider this was may dinner it made for pleasant evening. No one listens when taking orders or questions if they are unsure how the order was taken. The sad thing is this jersey mikes at the time i was there. I had 2 customers myself and one other and couldn't get the order correct let along they didnt want to be there
