I wanted to take a moment to give this location and the lady working some deserving recognition. I arrived to pick up an online order and decided to enjoy it on the tables outside. I noticed my sandwich was made incorrectly so I went in and the lady apologized. She explained there was an employee who didn’t show up and she was also responsible for training her only helper who overlooked the details of my order. To manage online orders and lots of foot traffic is not possible...
Nice brand new store the problem is when you order online. They don't read your order. I have ordered a couple sandwiches from them since they open. They never get the order right? I tip them to make sure they see that. I'm willing to give the money for the right order. But when you ask for extra peppers and onions. Trust me, you're not getting them. I'm done with this store. I will drive all the way to Clark road. At least they know how to make a Sandwich....
My 1st time, I was so impressed with each staff member! They were so helpful and service was immediate despite being busy. The sandwich #11 was Amazing, I’ll definitely be back & soon! Also, they offer outdoor seating.
