Paul is the man! I've had hiccups with orders in the past but this guy delivered a grade A sandwich and ordering experience the last 3x I've ordered...ask for him if you have questions or just want to make sure your order is righteous and as delicious as expected....Give this sandwich wizard a raise...he deserves every penny you give hime! You have a star with this dude! Need a killer sandwich? Better call Paul at Jersey Mike's Tuttle! Dude is a pro!

Yesterday went to their shop and ordered their large Italian sub with onions peppers the works paid for it and headed home to watch the Tampa Bucs football game. Got home opened a beer and the Italian sub took one bite and spit it out, the goons who made the sun loaded it up with mayonnaise and no oil and vinegar Newsflash for Jersey Mike Subs a true Italian sub Does Not Have Mayo on it, what a waste of money and time, morons all!

Jersey Mike's is a perennial favorite. I like most of their subs and they have an excellent rewards program. The people working at this location are very nice and accommodating.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's on July 10, 2024, at 7:30 PM. We noticed the order ahead of us had tuna, and we informed the staff that we had a fish allergy. The blonde employee was understanding and said he could try to accommodate us. However, the other employee making the tuna sub was visibly annoyed and kept shaking his head in dissatisfaction. It was clear he was irritated by our request. It wasn't busy at all, and there was no line, so there was no reason for his behavior. The first blonde employee was helpful and professional, but the second employee's attitude prompted us to cancel our order and leave. This level of service is unacceptable when dealing with allergy concerns.

Subs are ok, but like Firehouse over
priced. Prices are bad everywhere thanks to Biden, but almost $20 for just a large basic sub is offensive. Suggest Hungry Howie's hot subs for under $10. Their steak, cheese and mushroom is excellent and filling.

Excellent service!! As an manager/administrator for over 25 years, I can recognize fantastic work ethic and drive.I had incorrectly placed my online order, and the friendly and attentive gentleman (who I assume to be the manager, or shift leader when I was in), recognized my error and made sure to correct this for me before I brought back less than enough food to a hungry office. He took the correction in stride, and got me out the door quickly and with the intended order.The restaurant got it's first lunch rush while I was waiting and the whole team worked together to make sure that no one was waiting long. Good job all around.
