We really enjoy coming here. I'm giving a one star until they get someone to professionally clean their bathrooms. We like to come here but every time we come here and I have to go wash my hands. I want to vomit at the smell. They just need someone to come in here, do a good cleaning, use some bleach. And then make sure that it stays that way. There's a drain and ladies bathroom that is just filthy and smelly. But other than that the employees are super nice. Everything else is decent. Food is great! Next time I come here I want to go in the bathroom and actually want to wash my hands! And there are some water leaks You may want to take care of being this as a food establishment that hate to think there's mold hanging out of the ceilings.

and this is the result of the Blackstone acquisition. got the phily, barely any meat, onions, or peppers. guess thats how Blackstone wants to increase profits. was not like this before. they lost a customer. this place is now the same as subway.

honest review the staff is very polite and the food is good but they had me pay for my sub before the bread was even cut..the lady kept asking if I want it mikes way ..I was like I just want to tell you when the bread is cut and the meat is put on that sounded odd to her lol ..very odd sub experience not to mention the guy was asking which size bag should the giant size sub go in

Let me start by saying Wow. I am absolutely floored by the level of customer service provided in this location. My daughter is very picky, but has some how come to love the club sub from Jersey Mikes and refuses to get a sandwich from anywhere else. In particular she loves this location. Generally, every store we visit provides a great food experience, but there is something or should I say someone this location has, that others don’t. This gentleman’s name is Todd. Todd provides exemplary service. He recognizes my daughter and to a T remembers her exact order, and even got her to try a different bread. If this man doesn’t run this store he SHOULD. I cannot say enough positive words about what I experienced as I watched him interact with our whole family. Thank you Todd, for going above and beyond. Thank you for being a shining example of what it means to make a difference in somebodies day.
I made an order thru uber eats & had to fix a few problems called the store Robert the assistant manager got me right he was really nice & patient we need more people like him..keep that attitude Robert you made my day

Very unhappy when I ordered something different one time The 17 Philly I paid 15 dollars for a sloppy mess I'll spare you the photo out of respect because I do like this place most of the time but this is a F minus for this philly cheese steak. Soggy sloppy mess.

Jersey Mikes is our go to sub stop. However, the last two orders we’ve place have been very lacking in substance. The amount of roast beef on my sub has definitely been reduced and the total price of $24 including tip for two 9” subs is way too much for less of a sandwich than it used to be. Will be rethinking our future sub purchases.
