Don't come here if they are busy. Everything suffers. This did not feel like a 27 dollar sandwich. The cheese wasn't melted. They missed a special request. And after I got there, I waited in the lobby after ordering online fifteen minutes prior, watched people wait in line, order, and get their food before mine was completed and set on the pick up rack.

I came to this store on 8/27/25 around 7pm after having a bad experience trying to get a pub sub. When I walked in I was greeted by everyone in the store, including the staff that were in the back. They made my sub with care and definitely uplifted the rest of my night. Everything was clean and I was acknowledged while walking out as well. I’ve always had great service here. It’s the little things that go a long way.

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel welcome. Matthew was incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
It’s rare to meet someone who combines such a high level of professionalism with such a down-to-earth, caring attitude. He truly made my visit stand out in the best way. You can tell he cares not just about the quality of the food, but also about creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Matthew is an absolute asset to Jersey Mike’s. His leadership, kindness, and commitment to excellent service shine through, and it makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be coming back, and it’s largely because of the amazing way he manages and treats people. Thank u so much Miriam

Okay so I can’t lie their food is very good!! They are not a bad place to eat and they’re very clean. However, I worked here for 2 weeks, this exact location. Horrible experience. Online they claimed they were “urgently hiring”. Oh yea? Seems pretty urgent if you’re only giving your new employees 8 hours a week!!!😒 I understand companies not wanting to give new employees an exceptional amount of hours because at the end of they day, they’re new and management can’t predict if they’ll stay at the job or not and be reliable. But 8 hours? How is that even considered part time? And not to mention, their subs are 20 bucks for a full one, yet they were only paying us 12 plus tips. It’s so ridiculous and extremely greedy. I checked my paystub and with tips, my hourly rate came out to around $14. Still pretty shitty considering the work they expect from you and the prices of their food (oh and they get good sales too). Also funny how they expect us employees to make our income off our customers when they are already paying a good amount for food. My gross check for the week i worked 8 hours was only 112, less after taxes obviously. What am i supposed to do with that? Fill my tank with gas and get some groceries? Like what? People need jobs, especially with how the economy is now and companies like this make it hard to even work. So glad ive left this job and searched for way better opportunities. Let this be your reminder that unless you’re literally about to be homeless, don’t apply here.
