I had an awful experience at Jersey Mike's. I discovered a bandaid in my tuna sandwich, and to make matters worse, the staff member handling my refund was extremely rude. Her customer service was appalling, and she didn't even offer an apology for the revolting find.

I asked for a sub in a tub and got a sub on bread. My friend asked for no cheese on his sub and “No Cheese” was written on the sub wrapper, but his sub had extra cheese. Cashier was nice, but I will not visit this location again

Ordered 2 subs:#1Wrong sub ...given as it was made in the back (hot side?) and didn't get option vashier just said if you are ordering that it'll be 10 minutes and we'll bring it out. Ordered a Buffalo chicken and got wrong bread, no lettuce and it was a regular chicken Philly.#2Bread was cut very uneven with the bottom slice being just the crust at a spot making it tricky to eat.Cashier made it clear it would be a 10 minute plus wait because it was busy not an issue on that.

We have to have specially-prepared gluten free subs. We were taken care of promptly. The subs were made in a special area. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They don't even charge extra $$ for gf buns! We've found a new favorite place for a quick lunch!
