The hours here are limited. Then when they are open weird stuff has happened every time. No bread, nobody working delivery. So I don’t even bother at this location anymore.

Went there today, says it was open online, it was closed. Completely...at 5:30pm. Figure it out guys. It's annoying and irresponsible.

I've ordered delivery from this particular location literally dozens of times since moving to Sarasota last year. There have always been problems in the form of toppings being incorrect, or chips missing, etc. but they felt relatively minor and I was willing to put up with it. Today, my sandwiches got "delivered" (obviously to the wrong apartment or building) and after a few back and forth phone calls about it, I was told they would not provide a refund because the delivery driver said they had been delivered to the correct apartment and left at the door after knocking. I was sitting by the front door the entire time; there was no knocking. They also suggested that someone could have swiped it; again, I don't believe it was delivered to us in the first place, but even if it was, we regularly have Amazon packages sit outside our door for hours (or in one case a few days while we were traveling) with no problem and have never had one stolen. Rather than admit they made a mistake, they decided to lose a customer.

Added bacon to my sandwich and it was ice cold!! I wasn't sure if it was cooked or not. Totally gross!! What a waste of money..thru the sandwich in the trash. Would be nice if you sliced the whole pickle too.

Taking classes for the week in Sarasota, I ordered three sandwiches for delivery. It was my turn to buy lunch and I had a $5.00 off coupon with a minimum $20 order.The J.J. Gargantuan - cut in half - for me, along with the Turkey Tom and an Italian Night Club for my friends. Ordering on the app, I learned that the Cattlemen Road location in Lakewood Ranch was about .4 mile away.Freaky Fast delivery was apparently not an option on this particular day as delivery took 73 minutes. That's right - delivery took an hour and 13 minutes. Over an hour for a location just down the block from my hotel conference room.Calling the store didn't help. The person answering the phone advised that he was short staffed and I "would just have to wait," before hanging up. When I called back, the same person hung up again. The delivery driver later indicated that she was "the only" person delivering sandwiches that day.Not that I would ever be in the neighborhood to order/visit this Jimmy's John's again, my experience seems to be the "norm" for this particular location.William E. Sandwich was fine! Soda machine not working. Only one person working while the other sat outside. There were about 9 people inside trying to order and get their food. The poor one girl was trying so hard to move quickly. Other woman came back in and had no clue how to use the register so the other girl had to stop frequently to help her. Saw 2 people leave before even getting to order. Get some more help and train people better! Especially during the lunch hour when it’s busier.
I've ordered from this store multiple times. They have always been somewhat slow. Today was a new record. 1 hr and 25 minutes - still no order. I called at one hour and they said they didn't have the right bread....you couldn't call me and tell me that? I called 25 minutes later and they said the manager tried to call me....strange no missed calls or voice mail. Anyway I cancelled and asked for a refund - any bets on wether that happens????

We placed a large sandwich order (30+ sandwiches) for our office to be delivered the next day. They prepared for it, they brought it on time and the service was excellent. And our employees loved the sandwiches! We will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you!
