Ordered two #16, full size, came out to just over 20 dollars per sandwich….when I got the sandwich I thought it felt light… got home and opened it up, thought I was being pranked! Only two slices of turkey and two strips of bacon????? On a 20 dollar sandwich??? Doesn’t even come with cheese, had to pay extra for you to break a single slice of cheese in half and call it good. Thank you for teaching me a lesson, i will not be back

I popped my tire out on Clark and Honore and pulled into the Shell Gas station. Candice and her boss from Jimmy John's helped change my tire out to the spare while I had to run over to a Dr appt across the street. This happened the day before Hurricane Milton. I had my young daughter with me and tried to pay them for their help and they both refused. They welcomed us in the store and gave us a bite to eat as well. I will forever remember their kindness. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Great Team, Manager is awesome.. I accidentally ordered the wrong catering order, they fixed it with a smile without any hassel or cost. It was my mistake as I ordered it online.. but I was rushing to place order and did not pay attention still the team stepped up and fixed the order without any questions. and it was big catering order. I would definitely do business together in future.

First time at this location. As someone with a gluten allergy Sawyer let us know all of the precautions they take to avoid cross contamination and made a great sandwich for me. We were very happy with having someone go above and beyond and have that level of awareness and patience in serving gluten free at a sub shop. We’ll be back soon!

believe it or not the highlight was the potato chips,the sandwich was 3.5 out of 10, dry french bread,the meat and cheese was very skimpy as well as the lettuce,tomato,etc at least the sliced cucumber was big and gave the sandwich some much needed flavor, i asked for the oil and vinegar and it wasn't there,thank god it had mayo....if you are in a pinch and not much open it will get you by...the regular size sandwich had the amount of ingredients in their smallest sandwich

We order from here often! Tonight for the first time ever, our delivery order was slightly wrong. Sawyer, the manager on duty, said to come on in and he'd fix it up which he did! Always a great experience, delivery drivers, store staff, and of course the yummiest sandwiches!
