So so glad i gave this place another go! My first experience was not great—they emailed my notification that my order was ready and i didn’t see it until the food had been sitting for 40 min. However, now I’ve ordered and dined in multiple times since and it’s been excellent. Last time we dined in, we were seated directly next to a very noisy kid-birthday party. This struck us as very odd since it was early and there was plenty of other seating. Thankfully, the party was only there for the first 30 minutes that we were dining, so it didn’t ruin the entire experience. The food is fantastic. Fresh cut of sushi and excellent presentation. Prices are average with other sushi in the area. One of my new top faves. (If you have back/spine issues, definitely bring a seat cushion for support. The seating is very hard at many tables).
Experience was good. Enjoyed the food, everything came out at once which wasn't ideal but we managed. Are waiter was attentive and that’s all I ask for so props to him. The interior was nice. I will be back, I like the UTC restaurant better. If you're on the fence about visiting I recommend coming and giving it a try.

JPAN was a wonderful sushi spot. My daughter and I had the Hamachi Chilli appetizer which was amazing...I'll be back for that one for sure. My daughter had the Poke bowl which she really enjoyed. Great service and a really easy weeknight dinner. Will definitely go back on a regular basis.

the hot rock for the wagyu is never hot enough and always cools down way too fast and doesn’t cook my steak to its full potential towards the end especially when I ask for a second hot rock and it barely cooks two piece of my steak but overall, besides, the hot rock service, and everything was great they just need to improve the how hot they make the rock

We placed a large order to go for 10 people and they completed it quickly and had it all packed to go in 35 minutes. There were many items on the menu for people who were vegetarian or who don’t eat raw fish. My son enjoyed his salmon teriyaki from the kids menu. Everything was packed was and labeled, no mistakes. The sushi rolls were all put together in a single box and a bit harder to separate out (for the vegetarians).

We frequent this place a lot and lately it's been hit or miss. Sometimes the rolls are to die for and other times, same rolls, come out cold and small. They were busy last night but they had plenty of staff at the sushi bar so I'm not sure what the issue was. We always chalk it up to being busy and let it go but the prices have gone up and it's tough to swallow that bill when the consistency isn't there every time.

We've been to several of their restaurants and this was, by far, the best experience yet! Great server, delicious food and overall it was an excellent experience! Had a roll called “Gents”. Perfect flavors! We tried several new (to us) items and all of them were great. Would highly recommend this place!!!
