I'm always craving a good cup of coffee ☕ Today I chose to step into Kahwa to escape the heat. I usually aim for a hot coffee but seeing two draft options I entertained my curiosity... I learned that they have two cold brews on tap. Making the decision between cold brew and nitro cold brew seemed indifferent. Fortunately Liv was on duty and offered me a sample! Boy was that a blessing. I was able to make my decision with some understanding of my options. Not only was the services amazing the artwork displayed was breathtaking! I'm definitely coming back soon ?
Oh before I forget the cold brew was rich in flavor unlike your run of the mill starbs or something iced coffee!

I love this coffee shop. I don't actually drink coffee anymore but they have very good chameleon tea. The staff is attentive, welcoming and has quick service. Nice comfy seating inside and out. Great spot.

Really unfriendly staff member with blondish hair and a septum ring. Walked in and she completely ignored me for almost 5 minutes. Finally I asked if I could be assisted and she looked so disinterested I regret spending my money there. The atmosphere of the cafe was very dark and clinical, her attitude just made it worse.

4 out 5 times the croissant was chewy and over done
The manager needs to be ReTrained.. it's not hygienic to waste milk on your hands and wipe it across your pants while fixing someone's food. It's not hygienic to rub your eyes while fixing food. Hair should be pulled back covered or controlled in some fashion around food. Rudeness and Bias is not customer service

Don't bother ordering for pickup. Not only did they not have my order, but they didn't seem like they wanted to fix things either. Just order from Panera instead
The outside of the cafe is nicely decorated and the inside is rather simply decorated, relaxing music was playing in the dining room, the floor is concrete but clean, the employees were very friendly and efficient, they have many coffee and tea choices, some delicious bakery items, a breakfast croissant, my medium roast coffee was delicious.

The coffee is great. Starbucks cannot compete with its burnt coffee! Food choice is limited but enjoyed all that we purchased. Nice to sit outside on a warm morning.Service has always been friendly and helpful. Wish that there were locations in the Northeast.
