First time in years that I actually got freshly cooked and hot steamy wings from a KFC. Not the dried out ones that sat for all day. Takes about 10 minutes and they will bring to your vehicle. Definitely worth the wait. Staff was very nice. Worth the drive to Beeridge and all the traffic

Customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. The only polite person was an older lady (the one in the photo), because the rest of the staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and their attitude was downright DISGUSTING.
The bathrooms were out of service, the place smelled awful, and it was visibly dirty. They claim to open at 10am, and it was already 11am and they still weren’t ready to serve anyone! A complete lack of respect and professionalism.
Definitely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I do NOT recommend it at all.

Terrible experience at this KFC. The food was cold and poor quality. I also saw the employees handling the chicken with their bare hands, with no gloves or proper hygiene. You can clearly see the kitchen area from outside and it’s dirty and poorly maintained.
On top of that, the workers are rude when they respond and they’re poorly dressed, which makes the place look very unprofessional. Definitely not coming back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Went through the drive-thru about 8:15. Tried to order a chicken tenders meal gentleman at the speaker said hold on I have to see if we have any of those left came back he said they had them so I ordered that meal with fries and mac and cheese and a large Sprite. Tried to order a two-piece extra crispy dark was told they were out of all of the crispy for the evening so then I tried to order a chicken sandwich and I was told they just sold the last one. So I left without ordering any food and will take my business elsewhere. I thought possibly they were closing and maybe that was it for the evening but I looked up online and their hours say they are open till 10:00pm. So at minimum an hour and a half but closer to 2 hours before you close and you're out of the vast majority of items that one would like to purchase and didn't offer to cook them if I wanted to wait. Don't bother wasting your time just have to leave without being able to order the main item that this chain sells.

Went into KFC in sarasota on Friday 11/7/25, two people in there working,no people in restaurant and no cars in drive thru,one person in restaurant sleeping ,covered with blanket in booth. Both people looked at us at counter but just ignored us so we left. We have not been to this location for 5 years and tried to give them another chance after bad service,we will never go back. I hope KFC owner realizes that bad workers cause bad business

Horrible service! I ordered the big box chicken sandwich combo with nuggets, fries and a soda online. I show up and I am told they have no sandwiches and no nuggets. You mean not ready? I can wait. No, we don't have any. Huh? I already paid...can I substitute for something else? No, we can't do substitutions. Really? How do I get my refund? Call customer service. No sorry, no here's a soda for the trouble...NOTHING!!! So now I have to waste the rest of my lunch break to call and have my money refunded and I get no lunch. I will NEVER return to this location again. It was a completely frustrating waste of time!!!

This place is a joke. A person in front of us waited 20 minutes to order and that's after saking several times if he can get his order taken. At 1 point he asked if he needs to go through the drive through to get service, just to be answered with silence. Needless to say he finally got to order his food and we were left ignored waiting even longer. At this point we left.
I don't know how this location is still open? I've been coming here for over a year because I live down the street and a bunch of times (10-12pm in the morning!) they just close the doors to avoid having customers place orders. Other times I literally had to leave because they don't come up to the register to avoid receiving new orders. Other times when there is someone at the register, the first thing they say is a long list of stuff they are out of (again to discourage you from placing an order). This location is ridiculous.

The reviews aren’t exaggerating, this is probably the worst fast food I’ve ever had. KFC in general has declined, but the chicken here is overcooked and tastes off somehow. I went to see the reviews of this restaurant in particular because the service also wasn’t great. The tenders I ordered were nearly bite size. They’re using the smallest amount of chicken possible. If KFC is around in 10 years I’ll be surprised.
