This place is a joke. A person in front of us waited 20 minutes to order and that's after saking several times if he can get his order taken. At 1 point he asked if he needs to go through the drive through to get service, just to be answered with silence. Needless to say he finally got to order his food and we were left ignored waiting even longer. At this point we left.

I don't know how this location is still open? I've been coming here for over a year because I live down the street and a bunch of times (10-12pm in the morning!) they just close the doors to avoid having customers place orders. Other times I literally had to leave because they don't come up to the register to avoid receiving new orders. Other times when there is someone at the register, the first thing they say is a long list of stuff they are out of (again to discourage you from placing an order). This location is ridiculous.

My aunt went in with an elderly she helps and the lady lost her balance and took a fall and a dude named Tj came over and assisted with helping her up and tbh it was refreshing cause no body be caring anymore

The reviews aren’t exaggerating, this is probably the worst fast food I’ve ever had. KFC in general has declined, but the chicken here is overcooked and tastes off somehow. I went to see the reviews of this restaurant in particular because the service also wasn’t great. The tenders I ordered were nearly bite size. They’re using the smallest amount of chicken possible. If KFC is around in 10 years I’ll be surprised.

There was an employee sitting in the dining room with his phone on speaker while yelling at someone to shut up. Horrible atmosphere and out of food. Nevere going back.

This place needs to be bulldozed this is the worst chicken ever it's overcooked I never received my chicken breast but I received a back of the chicken breast which is disgusting I want to go back and get my money back for $33 to have such a meal is absolutely despicable so I call up there and the woman supposed to be management hung up on me this place is gross and the management needs to be retrained and cleaned up

This is possibly the worst kfc I have ever been to in my entire life. There has not been 1 single time that I have been treated with an ounce of respect by anyone working in this establishment. I have come back multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt that it might have just been bad days for the employees but at this point it is absolutely not. They are the rudest disrespectful people I’ve ever met. If that’s an exaggeration my Uber driver would disagree as she had to call me to hear that she was getting yelled at for my order. I would avoid this location at all cost not just for horrible customer service but for them always being out of every single item on their menu every single time.

I placed a future order online, getting both a website and an email confirmation. When I went to pick it up (an hour after ordering, as scheduled), there was a sign on the door saying that the lobby was closed and to use the drive-thru. Went through the drive-thru, and the worker told me that THEY COULD NOT FILL THE ORDER BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CHICKEN.
They told me to call KFC corporate to request a refund. The phone maze was fast enough. I was told to call back later with the referral number after they had a chance to investigate. I did so, and was told that they would refund my order.
No coupon, no apology? It's Popeye's and Publix from now on.
