I heard KFC had gotten bad but was not prepared for this bad.
Chicken - Slimy, mushy and tasted like used oil. No hint of the famous 11 herbs and spices. Coleslaw - Now I know what mildew tastes like. Gravy - How can you screw up gravy? By reheating it one too many times, tasted bitter. Biscuits - Hard on the outside, dry on the inside. 2 days old if I was to guess.
Avoid at all costs, I feel totally ripped off. Whole order went in the garbage.

KFC used to be the best chicken place. Today I ordered a $7 Fillup box 2pc, chicken was soggy as hell 🤦🏾♀️ mashed potatoes taste like the box and those 2 little dry strawberry bites went in the garbage right along with the fill up box. Where is management, or is it that the manager doesn't care either.

Ordered and paid online and was told no food available for my order that said on my app was ready for pick up ...called KFC to ask for refund and told I will get my money back in 3 business days so I'm out money and got no food ...I wasn't even offered anything for all my inconvenience...very disappointed in kfc
