Food Cold service mediocre Dirtiest KFC I've every been in. Ordered inside to take home I live less than 2 miles away the order two KFC bowls chicken pot pie potato wedges. All less than temperature for serving food I did drive home but very short drive 3 min at most. Very disappointed with this KFC

Mannnnnn yall need to do Beirut with this drive through I been sitting in the line so long my phone went dead! This makes no since drive through ate not meant to be sorting in for 45 min n I promise it's probably been longer than that!!!!!!! For me to pay 43$ to sit in drive through for an hr I know I'm trippen! I've worked 20hrs str8 I just wanted not to cook tonight damn! Get it together KFC

I made a purchase in drive thru as usual. The chicken tasted old and was cold. The potatoes wedges were cold and the biscuit was dry and old. The food tasted leftover. This was the worst experience I ever had with this location and I live down the road.

Lady was very helpful with not only us but everyone that came in. The chicken was seasoned well and the meal was great.
I placed an online order and when I got to the counter I was told they were out of one of the items and said they could substitute something else. I accepted the substitution, unfortunately I didn't check the contents carefully before leaving and when I got home and opened the boxes I noticed they didn't include the substituted item, so I ended up shorted on the order.

Unlike many fast food joints - this KFC is ALWAYS on top of thier game. Fully staffed with pleasant efficient people, I have never had a bad experience or even a goof up of my order
The drive thru employee was rude and didn't answer back to my questions. The drive through is very loud due to proximity to heavy traffic. My chicken strips were not hot and came with mushy fries and no sauces offered or provided. No napkins either. Never again. Choose the KFC on Cortez, the service is good and food usually hot and fresh. 15th Street...hang it up!
