Great location here in waterside place. Beautiful and classy, always something going on, nice place to take a stroll. Quality sweets and friendly/attentive staff. This shop is one of best ways to fully appreciate American excess and obesity by overspending on simple sugars and flirting with high risk for diabetes life choices ????

Delicious ice cream and dessert shop! The dolce de Leche and blueberry flavors were a perfect blend! Many of the other flavors are great as well. The ice cream is rich and creamy.

Horrible service the night shift, those kids act like we are bothering them, with a long face and they were mad at me and my family for coming in 20m before they close, they were very disrespectful. Really bad customer service.

Disappointing Experience at Kilwins
I recently visited Kilwins with my family, and our experience was far from what we expected. The staff treated us poorly, with a rude and dismissive attitude that made us feel very unwelcome. What made the situation even worse was that we saw an elderly gentleman trying to buy ice cream, only for them to close the store before the actual closing time. It was disrespectful and disappointing to see such treatment from a business that prides itself on customer service. We won’t be returning after this experience.

Nice store and staff, but their machine gave me an option of 5 dollars tip or $0 for 1 minute of work. And the staff is there watching why you make the option with one of those tablet things, doesn't feel like a tip but guilt trip. I gave the $5 but it angered me and ruined experience. Shame as otherwise I would come back.

I’m giving 3 stars because the boy behind the counter was super sweet and friendly but very disappointed with the quart I got. If you ever consider getting a quart of any ice cream, make sure to ask the attendant to pack it right in front of you instead of grabbing the pre packaged ones from their freezer so you don’t end up like me. When you’re paying $19 for ice cream you expect it to AT LEAST be packed all the way to the top, no just 3/4.

All the flavors there are so delicious! I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. There are some dairy free sorbets available. Love coming here for a special treat, especially in a waffle cone. They have a couple tables outside, and I think inside too. The whole Waterside area is very nice, and there was live music nearby when we were enjoying the ice cream outside.

We Did not have a good experience here. The girls on this night shift laughed on my face as I was ordering since I couldn’t communicate properly due to my accent. I Did not appreciate that and made me feel uncomfortable even staying in any longer.

We went with friends at 9:25 pm for some ice cream and when we entered they told us that it was already closed. On the door it said they closed at 9:30.A lack of respect.They should choose better the people they hire.

This is the second time I've come in 15 minutes before they close and they don't want to serve me! Terrible service.

The ice cream was not better than just eh. Very unfriendly, snotty, childish, stoner staff. As if they did us a favor by serving us.I'll not be visiting them again.
