But what truly made the night unforgettable was our server, Sarah. She was hands-down the best we’ve ever had — funny, genuine, and completely on point the entire night. She knew exactly how to make us feel welcome and taken care of, without ever missing a beat. It’s rare to find that kind of personality and professionalism rolled into one, and Sarah nailed it.
Between the incredible food and Sarah’s top-tier hospitality, Koto has officially become our favorite spot in all of Florida. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Asian fusion spot in downtown Sarasota! Sexy vibes. Honestly makes you feel like you're in Miami or NYC. Food is incredible. So fresh. We got the KOJO roll, pork belly bao buns, steak noodles, and a strip which was cooked to perfection. HIGHLY recommend getting one of their steaks. Service was great. Great date night spot or girls night out.

Great experience from the warm fresh jasmine smelling towels they hand out on arrival like being on a business class flight to the fantastic lychee martini, the music and comforting ambience. We had the shanghai noodles and cauliflower both a hit. Wish they had a spicy sauce. We are vegetarian and they have a separate menu. Great find for sarasota!

Wow. My husband and I moved to Sarasota on military orders from Los Angeles (our home) and finding great Asian food in the area has been a struggle until we found Kojo. We spent our 8 year marriage anniversary here and so glad we did. The food is superb. The atmosphere is chill but sophisticated. Our server, Jamon, was honestly the best that we have had in a long time. (You're lucky to have him Kojo!). Thank you for the wonderful meal and night!

Stopped at Kojo for an elevated night out to celebrate my new engagement with my fiancé and we were treated with class from the start! When we got to our table there was a hand-drawn card congratulating us on our engagement! This is a tapas-style resturant so we ordered the gyoza, Kojo roll, black miso cod, and rock shrimp bao buns. everything was exceptional! Since we were celebrating our engagement, they even threw in a complimentary dessert — which was also AMAZING! If you are looking for a nice night out in downtown , Kojo should be at the top of the list!

We love Kojo. It is the best Asian fusion restaurant in all of Sarasota and Bradenton. Our waitress, KATA has attended us for almost a year now, and she is absolutely the sweetest, most attentive and most knowledgeable of the group!!! Always a smile on her face, no matter how large a group of foodies we are. She always goes above and beyond to make our experience that much better. I hope management acknowledges her properly, for being the #1 reason we make the 30 minute drive so often.
