My favorite neighborhood watering hole! Huge beer assortment, nice wines. It's a great place to kick back with friends and meet new ones. No food served, but you can order take out from the neighboring restaurants.
Good local hang out. Nice patrons. No crazy, drunken, stumbling, spilling drinks on you types. Drunk, yes. Frat party atmosphere, no. Late 20s through mid 40s crowd. It's Sarasota, so a few older. Beer and wine only. Fridge full of Twisted Tea, White Claw, those types of drinks. Let's you bring in food--we brought in pizza. No smoking inside. A delightful neighborhood spot conveniently located behind Sarasota Memorial Hospital.The food and service are exceptional, even with a limited menu.I had the French dip, which was wonderful, especially since they make their own au jus.The only thing better than dinner was the carrot cake... OMG !!!
