Really tasty food. It was my first time going after seeing it on Instagram. There is a lot of options for vegans and vegetarians and meat eaters.

Excellent restaurant! Staff is amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating given the current situation. In addition, the menu has a very wide variety and the prices are relatively inexpensive for the quality and food that you get! Will definitely be back again and this is now our “go to” restaurant whenever we don’t feel like cooking. Thank you for the great food and service lemon tree!

Expensive small plate items with good ingredients and a vibrant nature design.

Lemon Tree Kitchen offers numerous Vegan and GF options in a casual dining atmosphere. We enjoyed the Blistered Brussel spouts to start and ended with the homemade Kale Cavatelli. The restaurant offers a create you plate option allowing diners to select a protein and sides. A nice spot for a quick, casual meal.

Excellent food. Wide variety of choices. I had an Impossible burger for the first time. Very tasty. Others had the pear pizza on cauliflower crust. Sounds odd, but really tasty.

Went with a small group (4 total) for dinner about 7:30. Stood at the hostess stand waiting for someone to greet us for 5+ minutes. Once seated, it took another 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The young man who took our order had loose long frizzy hair. From our table, he yelled to a couple who came in behind us, "You look disoriented!" ??? The couple responded that they were waiting to be seated. There was another wait staff (female) who had her long hair in a ponytail but kept swinging her hair & head around as she waited tables...odd and def not health code conscious. Not at all impressed with ANYthing about this place. Poor service. Food overpriced and not great.

What a fun find this place was. Thanks fellow yelpers for giving this such good ratings that we HAD to check this spot out.Had a large group that needed a close by spot that could accomodate us all after watching the Nutcracker at the Sarasota Opera House. We were very excited to see that this one was even in walking distance so that we did not have to get in our cars and find new parking spaces on a busy weekend. There was a short wait while they got a couple tables ready for us so we "somehow" found ourselves at the bar. I started off with a Bluegrass Rose which was a wondrous combination of Redemption Bourbon, lemon, grapefruit bitters and rose roiboos tea syrup. I ordered their signature drink, The Lemon Tree, for a friend that had bought us the tickets. She was so tickled with her drink that I... OF COURSE... had to have a second drink. Such a refreshing and HAPPY drink that I wanted to get another one, but my wife informed me that I did not in fact want another one. She knows me so well that I realized how right she was as soon as she said it.If we were not already enjoying the drinks enough, here come the appetizers. We loved the Blistered Brussel Sprouts so much that we ordered 2 more for the table that we all gobbled down with the same fervor that we did with the first plate. They were so good that we didn't even worry about how they got those "blisters".We also enjoyed the Pad Thai Spring Rolls and the fantastic dipping sauce that it came with.We all eagerly awaited the waitress suggested entree of Wood Grilled Cauliflower Steak and we were definitely not disappointed. The only bad thing about this meal was that we were so full from all of the appetizers that we had to take it home. The microwave was not as kind to this dish as the incredibly talented chefs were in the back. A meal this well prepared was a STEAL at only $15 and was excellently paired with a side of Honey Roasted Carrots. We were stuffed at the end of this but vowed to all find a way back to Sarasota to try some of the amazing desserts that neighboring tables were oohing and aaahing about. One other fun thing about this restaurant was the art gallery that is built into it. My trip to the restroom took about 10 minutes as I got "detoured" looking around at all of the creative pieces that adorned the walls. This was a neat concept and made our visit to this restaurant a true EXPERIENCE.Viva La Lemon Tree!!!!

Had an excellent dinner here. Immediately seated on a holiday Monday without a reservation or a wait.Fresh ,modern ,bright and airy atmosphere.Friendly efficient service from our waitress,Heather. The food was faultless from the vibrant beet hummus and Thai spring roll starters, to the filling , beautifully presented main dishes. Great vegan options, but also tasty fish and meat options too , catering for all tastes with the emphasis on healthy dining. The desserts were sublime.Rich and smooth mango and coconut vegan panna cotta. The vegan chocolate mousse was served with a rich tangy, raspberry coulis and cashew cream , a decadent end to a wonderful meal. Coffee was supplied by the Independent coffee shop next door but was a bit weak for my taste.Conveniently located in downtown Sarasota just off the highway 789 bridge road.We had no trouble parking on the street for 3 hours free parking. Will definitely return if in the area.

A very nice experience. Great atmosphere & excellent service BUT VERY EXPENSIVE!!! (Lunch for two: 2 glasses of house wine, a spring roll appetizer, a burger, and a salad with salmon added = $83 after 20% tip!) In addition, the salmon tasted "fishy" -- probably farm-raised, as the menu didn't specify its origin.

Very nice menu with vegetarian and gluten free options. We enjoyed salmon flat bread and turkey meatball soup - fresh ingredients and well presented. The service was efficient and outdoor setting is lovely.

We had a late afternoon lunch. The place was empty, so you would think we could get great service... Nope! We liked the food, however our server was very rude. We asked if there was a difference between the Cauliflower Crust Pizza and the regular crust ( we thought they tasted very similar), he got very defensive, saying we were completely wrong. He was not attentive and it took him forever to bring us our bill.

This is a great option for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. The menu is very extensive and also includes gluten free options. We started with the spring roll which was delicious. I had the vegetable grilled cheese and my husband had the tuna nicoise bowl. I wish I had chosen the tuna as it was so good!
