We waited at the moderately busy bar for 10 minutes with nothing said to us before leaving and going somewhere else.

This tiki bar is directly on the beach ⛱️ picnic tables and gulf views. Great food as they get it from the RITZ restaurant. Get the mudslide cocktail. It's like a milkshake with a kick. Parking sucks.

Not happy with the bartenders working yesterday April 1. We sat the bar and waited to order.. the bartender ignored us completely and served everyone walking up to the bar multiple times blatantly ignoring us. It was not busy. We are locals and share information with others about our experiences in the tourist spots. I've always had a good experience at the tiki bar but this experience was very disappointing. Went next door to Sandcastle to spend our money!

We checked out this tiki bar for the first time yesterday. We had expected much more than it was being affiliated with the Ritz. What a disappointment! There was only one waiter who seemed extremely discombobulated the entire time. Many customers had to wait a long time for service. The nachos we ordered were average at best. The bar was dirty. We definitely won’t return. The Ritz management really needs to work on improvements here!

I've been going to the Tiki Bar for the past 24 years and it just gets worse every year. Used to be my favorite place, not so anymore. Drinks are grossly over-priced and the bar is negligently under-staffed. Today it was 20 minutes before we could get someone to take our order (just drinks!), another 20 before the last of the order arrived. i don't fault the staff, they're excellent and really hustle (especially Lauren!) but they can't perform miracles.Management needs to get their stuff together, or the Ritz needs to get new management.

We LOVE this place!! When we come to Sarasota if we don’t have a beverage at the bar it’s a lost day. Jasmine and Hannah make happy hour, or ANY hour, that much better!
