This Bee Ridge location has been a staple of our Friday night pizza for a long time. I usually pick it up & the young man at the drive thru window is always very kind & prompt... so I make sure & give a cash tip, (when I have cash on hand), that is. We've never had a bad pepperoni pizza... also, can't beat the price!
Called in to request my online order was uncut. Stated my name and spelled it out to the first person I was on the phone with twice before being passed on to another gentleman who from my previous experience is very nice but tonight decided he didn't like my tone after I gave HIM my name in the order different times. Advised me I needed to calm down and I didn't need to get loud with him (while simulation getting loud with me) My wife whom was listening to me on the phone was likewise confused by what is normally a great service experience. It sounds like they need a few days off.....a little tense for customer service. Also..pay attention, if your customer has to repeat the same info to 2 different people for a total of 7 times...be understanding if they sound a little frustrated and maybe write it down.

The ordering process through the mobile app was easy and I love that they have a drive-thru. I picked up a large order for a work party and never even had to leave my car. And! The woman who helped me was a pleasure. You could tell she was genuine, and she was helpful and happy to help.

The food is great. However I would really like to speak to corporate about the attention today, apart from the woman that attended me gave us large attitude the manager was OK but just because she wanted us out of the store. However the Latina worker was horrid , apart from the fact she charged us incorrectly she gave us a whole show, honestly talking to a wall wouldāve been better than to her, personally speaking she should be fired because 1. She doesnāt know how to take orders 2. Her attitude is disgusting. You guys could likely see footage of it given the chance I was there at 7PM on Nov 2nd, please consider reviewing your workers listening skills. There was also various witnesses , made a simple outing incredibly difficult. If I buy from here again Iād hope not to see her.

Look, I love little Caesars since long time, I enjoy their product and the people that work there are fantastic.. friendly and hard working. However, I just went there a few minutes ago and order a pizza to share with my family and the environment where the employees have to work is almost inhuman. I understand that the ovens produce a lot of heat but these people are bathed in sweat!!! Wouldnāt be possible to at least a couple of fans to refresh a little bit the workers? Please, manager or owner of the franchise, If you want to have hard people working for you, treat them well, think about the environmental conditions, specially when inside the store is almost as hot as outside.. And thatās all I have to say about that!!
