This is by far the best place to buy your fish in Sarasota/Venice. The quality is unmatched, the prices are reasonable, and it's run by a family that truly makes you feel like family.

A piece of Maine and New Brunswick Canada! We discovered Lotsa Lobster last year and what a precious find. We no longer have to wait for summer to savor incredible lobster. Not only is it extra delicious and fresh, steamed just the way we like it, but the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff make us feel like home. Oh… and did I mention the value! For the cost of what it costs you in high season up North, you get a full pound and a half lobster. We’ve yet to taste the other offerings, hard to buy anything but lobster when we’re there!

Bought two 2/12 lobsters the day before Labor Day. They were steamed at the store and were tough , tasteless, and we could not eat them—over $100 wasted. Will never buy from this store again.

You can taste how fresh everything is, like it came straight off the boat. Pricing is Shockingly good for the quality you get it feels like a hidden gem locals want to keep secret. The staff is the nicest, most genuine people. They go out of their way to make you feel like family.
