Bagel was not very good. Pretty much like a Dunkin Donuts bagel at twice the price. No WiFi and overpriced sandwiches and bagels. $2.95 for a bagel with nothing on it! ABSURD! Will never go back again

The person in the cash register yelled at me and humiliate me in front of other customers because I came with too good too go order and I swipe the confirmation right before I got to the cash register. The instruction says to swipe the pick up confirmation as soon as you get to the store and not before and that exactly what I did she started yelling that she didn’t know if I actually Pick up another order in another restaurant and I’m just showing that to her to rob her and get some free food after I went and tried to show her the screenshot that I did because it’s the first time I do this in the states, she threw the bag against the table, went to the cash register and start yelling about this with a customer telling her what I did wrong I found a screenshot with the instructions and I showed it to her even though she saw that the app doesn’t say that she kept yelling at me in front of everyone this is the first and last time I go there and I think you guys shouldn’t send any business to that place to be mistreated this is the first time in my life I get humiliated like this.

Edit-Update - 2025. Sadly, when they sold to the new owners, Buddys has made the decision to change the bagels...and not for the better. It's quite obvious that they use less of the "good stuff" - high gluten flour. The price doubled...OK, fine. But lowering the quality is NOT cool. Most won't know the difference...but it's someone sad that "corporate" sat in an office and rubbed their hands together about how they can "get away" with worse bagels.
The only real bagels within MANY miles - these are as good as most bagel shops in the Northeast, although one step below the finest NYC bakeries. Good prices and they usually have the bagels I want even if I wait until mid-day. Finding real bagels just makes life more worth living :-)

I bought a “surprise” bag of assorted bagels at the end of the day through the Too Good To Go app. Not only were there A LOT of bagels, they were delicious! I will be coming back to try some breakfast sandwiches and other things on their menu!

Buddy’s is my go to place for breakfast when I’m in a pinch. Wouldn’t recommend another spot if you’re looking for a good bagel sandwich for a fair price!

This place is the real deal! I'm in Sarasota since 2008 and this is the best bagel experience I've had, here!

I love bagel sandwiches for lunch and just had a wonderful selection of bagel, tuna and toppings. Fresh, beautiful, big, generous amount of tuna, fresh lettuce, tomato, etc. It was gorgeous to look at, hearty in your hands and delicious. My meal included chips and a pickle!

I've been coming to this location for quite a while and it's only gotten better . I highly recommend.

Like any bagel, it needs to be eaten as soon as you put stuff on it, otherwise it begins the “sog process”. Ham and Egg on an everything hits the spot every time. Nice crunchy crust and spongy crumb. Overall…solid.

A fav stop for us for years when we are in the area and always enjoy a toasted bagel with cream cheese - yummy
This year for our beach Christmas brunch we preordered bagel bites with a variety of cream cheeses for pick Dec 23 - unfortunately when went to pick up our order it could not be found even though we had the prepaid receipt - this could have been a disaster but NO, THANKS TO TESS who originally took our order, and was now waiting on us on the 23rd, did absolutely everything she could to make it right in whatever way worked best for us - so the next morning, very early, we picked up our fresh order with some nice treats inside - the bagel bites were a big hit at the brunch - just the perfect size with all the other goodies - at this crazy busy time of year mistakes can easily happen to any of us BUT the customer service here went beyond being accommodating - thank you for a job well done and as always we’ll be back soon for our Favourite toasted bagels with cream cheese - Happy New Year😊😊
