Just wanted a burger. What a wonderful find Lucky 8 was! The smash burgers were the best we've had in Sarasota. Service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the decor was very nice. The wait staff is very pleasant and attentive. Truly enjoyed our meal and are looking forward to our next visit.
Highly recommend!! The atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect, feels like you are transported to New Orleans! Staff was friendly and helpful. The food is great - the smash burger was one of the best I have had! But you will not be disappointed with any item - we went twice and left hurting because we couldn't stop eating!
We went out of curiosity, I have eaten Cajun food before, so I found the menu limited, but it seemed like a cute place, and we thought we would try it. I ordered the open faced Swiss cheese and mushroom sandwich, essentially two slices of bread with spicy mustard that I did not care for
