What a culinary delight. I could eat everything on the curated menu but favorites include the octopus, cauliflower, ceviche, sweetbreads, and scallops. There aren’t many places where the owner and chef will greet you and come tableside to ensure your culinary experience is top notch. This was our first time dining here after a friend went twice and couldn’t say enough good things about Marcel’s. We loved it. The food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic. We especially loved meeting and chatting with Jeremy, the owner and chef. It makes a difference to get to know someone personally when there are so many great restaurants in Sarasota this really adds a special touch.
