Twice now I have ordered a pizza for delivery and both times after three hours and multiple phone calls where they tell me it’s on the way never shows up. Although I like the pizza I won’t be ordering here any more I will go to someplace that appreciates my business and won’t lie to me that it’s on the way and it’s clearly not.

I CALLED AN ORDER INTO MARCO’S SARASOTA, ON BEVEVA & WEBBER, AND SPOKE TO PAUL. UPON ARRIAL, I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT AS THE EMPLOYEE (WHO WAS THERE BY HIMSELF AND COMPLAINING) SAID THAT MY ORDER WAS BEING MADE. SUDDENLY, TWO MORE PEOPLE SHOW UP, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND THE OWNER’S WIFE. THINGS SEEMED TO BE MOVING ALONG. THE SECOND EMPLOYEE ASKED MY NAME SINCE I’D BEEN WAITING AND NOTHING MORE WAS SAID. AFTER WAITING APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR, I WAS AGAIN ASKED MY NAME BY THE SECOND EMPLOYEE, WHO PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THERE WAS NO ORDER FOR ME. THE FIRST EMPLOYEE WAS JUST THEN DECIDING TO MAKE IT. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS MAKING MY PIZZA NOW. HE WOULD NOT ANSWER AND REFUSED TO LOOK AT ME. I WAS ANNOYED AND STARTED YELLING, STATING I HAD BEEN WAITING AND THIS WAS ACKNOWLEDGED TO NO AVAIL. I ASKED THE LADY (AKA THE OWNER’S WIFE ) WHO JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE A DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS WITH NO ANSWER. I STATED THEY SCREWED UP MY LAST ORDER AND I HAD TO COME BACK TO FIX IT. NOW THEY DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEE COMPLAINING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, NO MANAGEMENT CONTROL OR ANY ACT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ALL COULD HAVE BEEN RECTIFIED HAD THE OWNER TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY, APOLOGIZEDFOR THE SITUATION, AND SAID THEY’D MAKE THE PIZZA AT NO COST SINCE IT WAS THEIR ERROR. SOMETHING YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT!WORST. SERVICE. AND PLACE. EVER!!! 0/10, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Took 75 min to get a pizza then the pizza showed up BURNT black. We took a bite and spit it out because it was so bitter from being burned. I called the store at 9:26p (they closed at 10) and a dude answered the phone with 'hello??' I asked 'is this Marcos?' And he answered 'yeah we're closing in 10min ma'am' and then hung up on me before I could ask for a credit or refund. Crap food, crappier service. Will never order from them again.

Marcos was the ONLY pizza we ordered from. Last two were terrible. One from 7/31/23 so bad we took a few bites and threw away. Not cooked enough, inferior toppings, puffy fluffy crust. Sooooo bad. Sooooo sad.

Ordered pizza tonight 7/3 at 830. Ordered online said 30 minutes for delivery. Got an email with a confirmation with delivery promised at 9:08. At 9:38 I called as there was still no delivery and they hung up. Call again at 941 and was told it's going out the door now. I was told by the rude person who answered the phone it's because they only have one driver, and it's only 30 minutes late. This is the second time I have ordered from them and it's the second time it has been over an hour. Always cold pizza. Be aware
