The place is clean and okay looking.
Had the fried snaper and white rice with vegetables. The food didn't have much flavor, especially since the fish had no seasoning.
I paid $24 for the plate, and it was the special of the day.
You get free chips and salsa thats the only thing I really like. Didn't give a lower rating because service good.

Food fantastic. Service okay friendly but never really ever returned until bringing the bill. Also sweeping floors while we were eating. It's a bit disgusting to have dirt flying while I am eating. Busy place.

Everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was wonderful, a bit of a language barrier but that's to be expected with authentic food restaurants and our main waitress spoke both English and Spanish and was more than happy to help explain the menu! Definitely will go again!!! I love supporting small mom and pops style restaurants like this! What a hidden gem here in Sarasota! If you love seafood Definitely try this place, lots of non seafood choices too! Everything was soooo fresh! ?
