As a patron of Maximillian’s since its infancy, the 1 or 2 star reviews are fun to see.. because most are about the frustration about long wait times. That’s the best sign of a good restaurant. They’ve kept the same menu and prices are so incredibly reasonable. I miss this place and I can’t wait to go back when I’m in town again.
This was a nice surprise close to our Airbnb. Honestly, from the outside, it's nothing special, but the line to get in? That caught our eye! It's clearly where the locals hang, especially the folks in uniform.So, we decided to check it out, even though some folks waiting for takeout were grumbling about the wait.
